L'endroit est propre, très bien situé. Les lits sont confortables.
Pros:

Le lit était très confortable. La chambre était propre. Le déjeuner était bien et assez varié.

Cons:

La personne au comptoir n'était pas très sympathique. La personne présente lors de mon départ était très sympathique par contre. Impossible d'avoir de la monnaie pour utiliser les laveuses et sécheuses. Une nuit très bruyante.

Pros:

Breakfast was good bacon would be better than sausages though although not being a sausage fan these were some of the best sausages I’ve had in a hotel

Good vibes and a good stay
Pros:

Easy to access right off the highway. The room was clean and inviting. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the cherry on the cake!

Grandkids trip 2026
Pros:

We did not have any issues with our stay. Great value for the money! Very friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms and a good continental breakfast. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a sight seeing day. We would stay again.

Very good hotel
Pros:

Great spot, great bed but pillows like hard balloons. Door extremely heavy to open. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again with my own pillow

Good central location for the venue's we wanted to visit......and a great pool for kids.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. We were traveling with our 6 year old grandson so close to the pool was great.

Cons:

We had a hard time figuring out the tv....but we're old. We managed and weren't there to watch tv anyway.

Would come again if quiter room and not premise fiid
Pros:

We requested a quite room for specific reasons away from ice machine , noisy areas, it was not in a quiet zone very close to reception area and breakfast room; workers were enjoying the lovely evening and visiting out on picnic table close to our room till midnight and l had to get my hubby to get me earplugs
Breakfast was all premade food which is something my stomach has difficulty with. Forks were bending terribly, very difficult the plastic was bending each and every cut. I suggest stronger wooden utensils and maybe something fresh for breakfast. Lovely clean room and Terry the house keeper made it special and very tidy( something l really need to feel confident to make myself comfortable in!

One Issue
Pros:

The hotel is pleasant enough. Housekeeping was very good. Breakfast was where we were somewhat disappointed. We believe we noticed the person at the front desk was also doing the breakfast. When we went through line food was in very short supply. Eggs were crusted and when new overcooked eggs were added, they were mixed with the old. We could see the hardened edges on the old mix. We don't know if there were management or employee issues. Hopefully, it was short lived.

Pros:

I like the breakfast it was fresh and hot. Staffs are nice and friendly. The location was good, we're so tired from long walks at Innisfail zoo. my kid liked the pool , my hubby liked the hot tub. nice and warm.

Cons:

I have booked 2 beds and it was confirmed but they give us 1 bed and a sofa bed. I was so disappointed because I have to squeeze myself in a small bed and we're 3. My husband is a big guy and he's not comfortable as well at that time.
they should have let us know in the first place that we're not getting 2 beds. I didn't have a good sleep at that time. ;(
