The staff and facilities at this hotel were A+.
Pros:

The breakfast was the usual fare. The electric food warmers seemed to keep the food warmer than the traditional ones we usually see at restaurant breakfasts. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The hotel smelled clean and fresh in general. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They even gave us doggy treats on check-in. Years past we stayed at Best Western but have gotten away from them. This trip we stayed in two -- and returned to them on our way back from our destination. Due to our experience this time we will start seeking out Best Western Plus for our travels.

Cons:

No complaints. Everything was perfect!

Horrible service
Cons:

The staff was rude as soon as I walked in. My son 4 year old was excited for the pool and did ran a little bit down the hall when front lady yelled at him. After getting out of the pool on our way to our room lady again called us out in front of a full lobby saying remember to run and not on a friendly mood. It was 6:00 pm when we checked in people supposedly were giving compliments about my kids being loud. Not the case we got there got dressed to go to the pool so there was really no time for my kids to be in the room like the front lady said. Never staying there again.

Good price, nice accommodations
Pros:

It was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable.
