The location was great and so was the staff

Cons:

It said it had a pool and yes they had one but it wasn't open I booked my room weeks in advance was supposed to have a downstairs room because I'm handicapped ended up being on the third floor at the very end of the hallway the air conditioner worked but you could not control the temperature it would get so cold we just had to unplug it and then plug it back in if it started warming up in there the back door leading into the motel was broken so anybody could just walk in and out of it without using their card to unlock it

Excellent stay for Canton visitors!!!!
Pros:

Loved loved the lady who checked us in! I was admiring their plant at the desk and she talked about it with me. She was also wonderful at suggesting places for us to eat!

Cons:

N/A Everything was awesome. We had a great time, we will stay there again when we venture back to Canton. It was a nice drive and not too long.

I was billed twice. Once when making the reservation on the booking website, then again at check in. Management has not responded to my request for resolution. I have contacted the property twice.

Over all a B rated experience.
Pros:

The bath is exceptional with 3 hand holds and even a seat if needed in the shower. Beyond expectations and a huge plus!
Breakfast was much better than anticipated from previous stay and kitchen staff was very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

Room is big and roomy but very outdated. No plugins for electrical equipment, carpet dirty and stained, couch torn and stained. No printed tv guide made it inconvenient to find channels.

Pros:

Outside trash cans overflowing. There two days never emptied. Most importantly anyone can get in back door. Didn’t need room card. Looked broken.
Safety was a concern for daughter. Coming in at night.

Cons:

No hot water, I was charged twice for one night by booking.com and the hotel. Lisa the Mgr extended my checkout, yet there was no hot water on Jan 1st 2026. The AZ headquarters also don't seem to think this deserves resolution.

I reserved a room and when my card was charged the rate was more than doubled to what was reserved.
