Would have been nice if they had power or had at least been helpful or compassionate.

The renovation is nice.

Cons:

The fact that the power went out and the staff were extremely rude in offered no help at all. We had power for a total of maybe 45 minutes and yet were only offered 10 % off of the price of our room.
