Staff messing up on billing,our damage deposit
Staff yelling at my husband in front of our disabled child and other guests
Staff admitting that it was their fault for the mistake on charges then not correcting their mistake. We will never stay at this location again. We were told yes we can have a late
Checkout but then being told nope we don’t do that here. Manager was yelling at us,saying you don’t understand.very embarrassing and no compassion for us as guests who pad over $500 for a room,just to sleep for less than 12 hours.
DO NOT STAY HERE if you have a pulse or children. Not enough characters to list the deficiencies. Worst treatment and customer service of my life.

Location was great.
WARNING - Do not ask for late check-out in the evening!! We did and were granted a late check-out. Yet the next morning, while I was out at the dentist, my ill husband was abruptly woken by the staff and told to vacate the room immediately, or we'd be charged another night. The manager was not helpful at all.
In town for business. Nice clean hotel, convenient location. Breakfast was good. Wifi was good- able to work from room no problem. There is a fitness room and a pool with water slide. Would stay here again

The whole experience was very relaxing from check in to checking out, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, quiet and comfortable.

The room was expensive and as it was a BW Plus, I expected a certain standard. The room not clean, stains on the sofa, the bed was lumpy, the shower curtain stained. The shampoo was empty. Overall disappointing.
The night staff were very pleasant and efficient with the check in process. The rooms were clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
Staff kept my drivers license when I was checking in.
I didn’t realize till the next day after I was gone that I didn’t have it so I called the hotel. They said a Manager would have to call me. The next day Connie the manager contacted me and told me they would charge me $45 to return the license through purolator. I asked if they could send it regular mail. She said there was no way they could get a stamp because they aren’t given money to buy stamps. Wow! Will never be staying at a Best Western hotel or any hotel affiliated with Best Western hotel again.
Basic but good, staff worked hard to be of service. Bed was comfortable and room clean and quiet. Better (more) in room coffee would be appreciated (only one reg). And the breakfast eggs were predictably awful… but the sausage almost made up for it. Overall happy.
