BED BUGS dont bring them home with you stay away
Pros:

BEWARE BED BUGS-
their management doesnt want to take accountablity and clainm that becasue it was 2 weeks before the report.
Well, it can take 2 weeks for bed bug bites to appear.

Cons:

Are room had a leak in the roof in the bathroom and door stops in the bathroom were ripped off the wall ac thermostat didn’t work it kept changing the temp in the room in the middle of the night

Great Stay
Pros:

The room was incredibly clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was what you would expect, but well stocked and fresh. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

I have zero complaints. I will come back every time we're in the area.

My room was hot 84 degrees the whole night . I called staff all the rooms were booked and no fan or anything to give customers

Pros:

The hotel was really clean and sanitary, so much to the point you could tell they bleached everything to disinfect it.

Cons:

Really small pool! Not as big as the picture that was shown on Bookings website. We had to go downstairs to use the commode, ours was stopped up the majority of the time, maintenance personnel couldn't fix. The king bed was super firm, little too firm for me.

Horrible, cockroach graveyard.
Pros:

At least it was quiet and the ladies at the front desk were nice.

Cons:

There were like 20 death cockroaches in my room, saw also a couple of them crawling around. That is disgusting and not acceptable. Also was the smoke detector dismanteld. This is not what i expect from a Best Western. I paid 126 dollar to sleep in a cockroach graveyard.

Property was nice MOST of the staff were great
Pros:

The property was nice

Cons:

Our door didnt work when we got there and we had to be let in each new person kept trying to rekey us even though it was the battery on the door. Maintenance guy said there was nothing wrong with it because he used his universal card on it just fine. We got up to the room and he used his key again and was smug saying see. So I used both of out cards that he had remade and both didnt work. He made a joke about it and had to ho back down stairs to get a battery and tools. After he fixed the door he made a rude joke about how the women should learn how to change the battery and I was frustrated and told him and the men should learn to
Listen. There was an older white woman at the front desk that made jokes about it too. We had been on planes by that time for 5 hrs and drove 2hrs. We were ready just to relax and thats not what happened.

It was OK
Pros:

Staff was nice. The room was okay. I liked the closet.

Cons:

Don't advertise a hot tub if it doesn't work. I would have loved to take a dip and specifically picked this location for it. If I had known it wasn't working , I might not have picked it. The television is a little dated and the Netflix/hulu wasn't working. I had to cast my phone which means I can't use my phone for other things and draining battery.
