Good location for our stay while visiting Canton.
Pros:

The outside lighting was great, didn't feel scared to walk outside after dark. The staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't what I was expecting. At 7:30 they were completely out of gravy for the biscuits. The eggs had no taste even with salt and pepper. They were out of bowls for the cereal, although the worker did find me a bowl in the kitchenette that I could use. The cappachino tasted like watered down coffee.

Pros:

This place is exceptional. Great staff, impeccably clean room and a very nice breakfast. Location is great too.

Checked out after checking in due to animal dander so did not stay the night

Pet hotel. Dogs barking before I went into room. Person next door advised me to get different room because dogs barking all night. If rooms are booked through Booking.com animal fee is paid through booking so Best Western has no idea what rooms have pets. All rooms have had animals desk said rooms are deep cleaned. Im allergic to animal dander so when I walked into last room available and my head completely blocked up so I checked out and lost the money on room which Best Western would have refunded but couldn’t because I used BOOKING.COM. Since this is third time this happened with BOOKING.COM I will not use this service again.

I am pissed that my account was charged over $400.00 for one night.
Cons:

There was a dog down the hall that barked, a lot! Seems like the staff could have done something about that. It was on the first floor and easily heard at the front desk. But , they weren't trying to sleep, I guess.

My credit card was double charged for a single night stay. The rating might be higher if the girl behind the counter acted like she cared, even a little. Instead she said a manager would be in around noon, and they would call me. Of course, no body has attempted to contact me. But they will be contacted soon.

i did not like the size of the beds. they were advertised as queen, however they were more like full size

Pros:

This is a great property! We like to stay here when we go to Canton Trade Days. On this trip we took a family of 13 and had 3 rooms, which were all wonderful. It's an easy 20 minute drive to Canton.

Pros:

Had to have sheets changed on bed and they did not have my reservations charged me for early check-in. Will never stay at a best western again very disapointed. Will be call corporate office to get a refund.
