The evening staff was lovely. The morning staff was a little grumpier but they have to do breakfast and from desk so maybe that’s why.

The breakfast was good. Sausage, eggs cooked to suit you. Waffle maker and toaster. Hash browns, coffee, tea and juice. Yogurt, muffins etc.
My only complaint, and there is nothing that can be done about it, is that the pool is almost in the lobby with a big window for everyone to look in on the way to the elevator. Maybe just cover the window so it’s not quite such a show.

We stayed at the older side and we had continental breakfasts included. Ive definitely had better choices and generally all you can eat. Which i really don't care but the bigger eaters do. Only sausage offered as meat option and no fruit. Our rooms were very clean and we didn't need anything. Mostvof us didn't like the pillows so if your fussy on your pillow choice bring your own, they are quite fluffy but small and square. Michelle at the front desk/bar was amazing and helped keep our grandkids happy as well with popcorn, coloring books and crayons. (Sorry for the next kids i ruined the coloring book with wine.) Most of us took advantage of the pool and it was clean. Theres a small workout area and my son inlaw used that in the morning. The staff was very accommodating and friendly

It started with fabulous greeting by Sherry at the front desk. She set the tone for our stay. She provided helpful tips on local eateries and was a great brand ambassador. The staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating for any extra needs.

Room was quiet at night because it's middle of nowhere. Breakfast made me wish I had gone to Tim Hortons instead. Carpet in the room smelled musty.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the weekdays was nice with made to order omelettes. Coffee machine silly and slow. You have to wait so long in line. Beds were a bit soft but comfortable enough.

Pros:

The airconditioner did not work in our room the first two of five nights there, was almost 80 degrees. We got a new room on third night but the airconditioner was not working very good in that room either.
