Elevator is making lots of noise.
Room was lovely. Food was excellent especially Happy hour. Parking included was appreciated. Concierge staff were wonderful. Location is fantastic.
Buffett breakfast was disappointing. Room cleaning could be improved.
Would have liked a small selection of pastries (did come down a bit later) but otherwise the coffee, juice, and proteins were good.

So the location of the hotel is great. You must visit the park nearby. Except why so many dogs in this beautiful park?? I did not like: the floors in the room. The floor in the room is hard fake wood. They feel like lego under your bare feet. If you are going to install flooring in a luxury hotel, you need to install high quality flooring. They went with the cheaper fake wood lego quality floors. Lots of fake leather furniture in this luxury hotel. Fake leather only lasts 1 year before it starts peeling and shedding flakes of plastic. Buy real leather instead. It will last you 20 years and not shed like fake leather. Breakfast is $19. it was similar to eating at a Hampton Inn. Front desk staff wear bull nose rings. This is not professional attire for a luxury hotel. What's next? Giant face tattoos for the staff? So this place is not luxury. Upscale yes, but not luxury. Heating unit barely made our room warm. Duct tape on my main light switch. Perhaps try replacing the light switch entirely considering this is a luxury hotel. toilet paper located behind the toilet. I had trouble using the toilet paper in my own room. And the quality of the toilet paper was the cheapest. Elevators made weird noises. Corners being cut here. I would not pay more than $200 per night or just stay home and save money. I can have romance at home.
Lackluster food. We were served cold pasta and barely warm chicken parmigiana by an attentive waitress. The dining area was anything but quiet & enjoyable with a group of boisterous ladies at the bar in the same room. Overall overpriced for the quality served. Won't be returning.

A delightful stay in this lovely hotel. Conveniently located in the heart of Perth, walking distance to all this charming town has to offer. Spotless property. Helpful, attentive staff. Spacious King Room with jet-tub. One of our best recent stays!
