The waterslide is great for lil kiddos, the selling feature for sure.

The staff were extremely hard to understand. Werent helpful in offering suggestions of parks, where places were located, dining etc. They couldnt be bothered to tell me on check in where my room was. The sheets hadnt been changed since last guest. Very noisy, guests dogs barking, room close to staff areas and constant carts were rolling by. At 1101 am the phone rang "reminding me check out was 11". All in all not great experience and dont think worth $260

The staff was very welcoming and facility kept nice and clean. Surprisingly quiet given how close to a main road it is. I would definitely stay here again. Great job.

I can't believe that I can't change the cleanliness from 5 stars to one. This was the most discusting stay in all of our stays in the Best Western hotels we stayed. We had 2 rooms that where bad. The 1st looked like it had it had old blood on the matress. The second we cleaned ourselves as we come prepared. I can not and don't want give all the details, because I don't want to gross anyone out. Today when we went for breakfast the cleaner asked if they could get into our room to get the bed sheets and towels out while where gone. I reluctantly agreed, having all our suitcases in there. Thinking about that now, it's kind of invating my privacy. The supervisor for the cleaning staff came after and apologized for our experience. I think the management and staff should all take drive out to Medicine Hat and take a lesson from the manager and staff at the Best Western Premium. So cleanliness is a great big 1 star and staff I give reluctantly 2 stars. Peter and Celeste

Always consistently clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. One suggestion - it would be great to have a picnic table or outside sitting area in the summer. Even to be able to take a chair from the pool area outside to sit in the morning sun. That’s it. Thanks.

Room was large and comfortable. Great beds! Pool was fun (for son and husband) including hot tub. Only downside was breakfast. I suppose for a chain hotel, it was on par, but still disappointing. The “omelette” was hard, the waffles cold, and the pastries not tasty. The tea, juice, and yougurt (containers) were fine. But the whole thing was on paper plates with plastic cutlery.

Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, kids enjoyed the pool, staff were being trained and check in was a little rough but everything was worked out in the end.

Good breakfast options, nice and quiet hotel and the area is quiet! Beds are comfy and the staff are excellent no problem's at check in

Our family has stayed here many times over the years. We liked the main floor room renovations, Always a good place to stay.
