Best Western Plus Hiawatha Hotel

Nice place

Location is good, the breakfast was not very good for the price you’re charging..

Room was clean and beds good. Breakfast was simple and easy. Kids loved the Nuttall!

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, well-maintained. Breakfast was good.

Strategic location

Rooms were great and staff was very friendly.

Breakfast didn't have alot of options. Fire alarm went off two nights. Tv went out & was replaced right away.

Front desk bordered on rude. Treating me, a senior citizen, as though I were a college student by telling me anything broken I would be charged for. Warning me about smoking in the room yet there was a giant cigarette burn on the sofa cushion.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. I’d stay again.

Very nice place to stay and the staff was great. The only thing I didn't like is, breakfast was suppose to be until 9am and I went down at 8:40 and there was nothing left except potatoes and they said they stop putting stuff out at 8:30.

Room was great. Pool water was cold but the spa was good temp.
Main complaint is that the weekend breakfast hours are 6 to 8:00 a.m. and they stopped replenishing hot food at 7:45 a.m. We'd paid extra for this hotel because of the advertised hot breakfast, and then I didn't even get hot food because the eggs and bacon were gone early.

The room was very comfortable. The pool temperature was coldish. The hot tub was great.
Breakfast hours over the weekend were 6:00 to 8:00 a.m. and they stopped refilling hot food at 7:45 a.m. I missed out on eggs and bacon because I arrived at 7: 45.
The unusually early breakfast hours were very upsetting to us and a number of other guests who wanted to sleep longer on the weekend...
I asked to speak to the manager about this but did not receive a phone call back.

Amazing! Very friendly staff, very clean, breakfast was excellent. Would stay again!

The room was very dusty. Maybe the 3rd floor is not used much. The exercise room was very small not like the pictues. 1 treadmill, 1 bike and and stair stepper. The bed was pretty hard. The bathroom only had 1 light and it was not bright, good thing I do not wear makeup!

Check in had computer issues so took a while. Breakfast was decent but not great. Some things were not available, but may have been short staffed due to Easter weekend. Rooms were great.

Ive stayed at alot of hotels and resorts this little hotel in this small town was far most the best one i have ever stayed at

Very basic hotel. No water in the room. Could not check in early because I wasn’t a Best Western Rewards member. It wasn’t full, the room was ready.
Rarely somebody at the front desk. Went for breakfast at 9:30. Done- no breakfast.
Workout room minimal- literally 3 sets of weights, no water, bit dingy.

Comfortable and convenient!
