Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The room was nice and spacious.

Cons:

The staff were not very friendly. We went out for a while, and when we came back, we greeted the person at the front desk, saying "hello", and the person just stared at us, not responding. Later we went out for the event we came to Fergus for, and we left the TV on, yet when we got back the TV was off. We didn't appreciate the fact that someone went into our room and turned the TV off.

It was a fine place to stay for one night but I felt like we paid way too much
Pros:

The hotel is dated and way over priced. Water pressure was not good.
The staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable.
They are a little aggressive with the need to collect breakfast vouchers.

Cons:

The price is way too high for this hotel

A nightmare
Pros:

Whst your credit card or bank card
The best Western took the money out twice for the room plus a $200. Security
They told me they didnt take out twice I should them It was out twice
My bank is investigating it
They are a scam!!!
Almost a week and still didn't get my money back

Cons:

Didn't like the staff when I came in and got the room
Charge me twice

The hotel was convenient.
Pros:

The breakfast was pedestrian at best, but the Van Houtte coffee machine was a pleasant surprise. Pleasant staff member in the Breakfast Room. Reception excellent. Friendly. Helpful.

Cons:

No makeup mirror, noisy fridge, and although the hearing system was good it was very noisy.

Terrible and will never book here again.

Cons:

I made a complaint at 10:45pm to hotel staff because there was loud noise on the roof. Staff said there was no other rooms to move me, so I didn’t sleep all night. I will never book here again. I filed a formal complaint with Best Western and am requesting a full refund.

Fine for last minute booking but there are better options if you have time.
Cons:

Very thin walls, can hear other room and every noise in the hallway. Bathroom shower is motel level.
