Für einen 3 Tage Städte Trip völlig in Ordnung. Man muss aber gut zu Fuß sein
Pros:

Leider war das Hotel oberhalb der Stadt und man musste von einer Tiefgarage aus den Weg zum Aufzug außerhalb suchen und ewig weit laufen! Man muss erst wieder aus der Garage raus und dann nach links gehen in 50 m ist dann ein Hinweis zum Fahrstuhl. Im Nachhinei war das Hotel i.O. aber das Konzept das man von der Rezeption wieder weiter in eine ander Unterkunft laufen muss, ist nicht gut vorab erklärt worden. Frühstück ist üblich ital. und etwas nationaler ausgerichtet. Es gibt halt viel Kuchen und Süsses früh. Eier und Schinken o. Speck werden frisch zubereitet, Kaffe wird gebracht. Lage ist sehr gut und man kommt fußläufig überall hin. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, etwas zu dunkel gehalten und in einer schmalen Gasse, aber ruhig. Personal freundlich und hilfreich zur Seite gestanden. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

Cons:

Man könnte besser erklären das, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt von der Tiefgarage in der Nähe nicht zum Fahrstuhl kommt, sonder erst raus muss auf die Strasse und von dort links 50 m weiter der Fahrstuhl ist und oben sind es dann nur 200 m durch 2, 3 Gassen zum Hotel. Und bei Nachfrage um einen Tag zu verlängern wurden gleich 100 € mehr verlangt!!! Weshalb und welchen Mehrwert hat man - keinen. Also ein Hotel unten am Hafen gebucht in der Via Roma - perfekt!

Wouldn't hesitate recommending to stay here.
Pros:

Amazing room within walking distance of town centre with lots going on. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Nothing not to like except maybe one of our rooms was a long way up without a lift (I think as this wasn't my room) My room was amazing with a lift!
Parking may be an issue for some.

Tolles neu renoviertes historisches Hotel
Pros:

Tolles großes Zimmer in einem kürzlich renovierten Palazzo. Schönes Bad.

Cons:

Leider gab es nur die Möglichkeit das Licht komplett ein- oder auszuschalten. Eine separt zu schaltendes Licht am Bett zum lesen gab es leider nicht.

Pros:

Super Lage, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer eine Whirlwanne. Das Frühstück wird jeden morgen aufs Zimmer gebracht. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war für uns einmalig und sehr besonders.

First night on a bench in the breakfast room
Pros:

It is a wonderful place

Cons:

Due to a delayed flight we arrived at 1am. Whereas the code for the entrance door was working, the one for the room did not. The emergency number did not work, several calls were not answered. The first night we spent on a bench in the breakfast room before the lady preparing breakfast let us in around 6 in the morning. The room was not made up on day 2 and we received no fresh towels. Staff was friendly and announced the first night would be reimbursed, but this incident is a no go for a hotel of this category. On a different note, when time for checkout came closer, electricity was turned off in the room, something else we haven't experienced elsewhere in the world.
