Property is in the Castello neighbourhood- pretty convenient to reach everything you need to see
Unfortunately staff made a huge mistake during our stay (they threw away home made food of our infant from our fridge) which was actually a very dramatic for us since we were travelling with infant and to be honest - I understand that mistakes happens, Marco apologised to me (and went throw a rubbish to find it..) where it wasn’t his fault but I never heard any apologies from lady who actually made this mistake - either it was a poor communication between reception and housekeeping or something else - im not sure as nobody ever explained to me what happened and what’s worse, nothing has been offered as a compensation - not even a genuine apologies.. so all in all this is just.a small property with nice but not well trained staff.. that’s why sometimes it’s just better to chose a higher ranked hotel to be sure staff knows how to react in difficult situation…
We really enjoyed our stay! It is a unique property in an older building that is beautifully decorated. It is in a historic area and we walked to shops and restaurants and checked out some of the historic sites. The breakfast was delicious and both Melissa and Marco were kind and gracious hosts!
This didn’t affect us, but there are a lot of steps in the hotel and hills in the area. It may be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Also, the streets in the immediate area are very narrow so we parked at a lot up the hill and paid for parking. It was not very expensive and you can add more time through the app.
Situación buena , personal amable y bien equipado en instalaciones.
Breakfast was easy to order and very good overall. They even provided us a "to-go" option when we had to leave early for the airport on our final day! Great location in the hear of the old town. The reception staff was extremely responsive both before arrival and while we were there. Always answering question, making suggestions, truly went above and beyond!

Camera molto buia senza finestre
Localização excelente, conforto excelente, pequeno almoço ótimo no quarto, com umas panquecas incríveis. O único ponto menos positivo foi apenas um pouco de barulho na hora da preparação dos pequenos almoços, uma vez que foram todos servidos no quarto no edifício onde ficamos. Contudo voltaria a escolher o mesmo hotel para ficar!
Sehr zentrale Unterkunft für die tolle antike Altstadt.
Durch die zentrale Lage, war es uns leider nicht möglich mit demAuto bis zur Unterkunft zu fahren. Wir mussten das Auto 10 Minuten weit weg parken (kostenlos möglich). In die Innenstadt zu laufen ist relativ kurzzeitig, aber der Nachhauseweg hat viele Stufen.
In der Unterkunft war die Aussicht in den Innenhof, was nicht so schön war und durch die Klimananlage konnten wir leider auch kein Fenster öffnen.
Am letzten Tag sind wir sehr früh abgereist und haben deshalb leider kein so schönes Frühstück mehr bekommen, wie die Tage davor (ein Stückchen italienischen Kuchen).
Die Rezeption war manchmal überfordert, versucht aber alles möglich zu machen.
De kamer is mooi en comfortabel
Auto’s rijden hard door de smalle straat onder het raam, ook ‘‘s morgens vroeg. Dit geeft geluidsoverlast.
Het in en uitchecken verloopt niet zo soepel doordat het 2 locaties zijn en personeel niet steeds aanwezig is.
Es war alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ins Zimmer war auch extrem lecker

Jó elhelyezkedés, tiszta szoba, modern, de régies hangulat. Kedves személyzet. Pontos utcákat kaptunk, ahol parkolni lehet, kb 8-10 perc sétára.
Az erkélyről, teraszról nem volt kép , nem az a kiülős, beszélgetős, csak egy normál olasz keskeny erkély.
