Péssimas condições. Tenho sérias dúvidas da origem das críticas positivas deste alojamento.
chegamos ao alojamento e fomos confrontados com as piores condições que alguma vez vimos. O quarto que nos queriam colocar ficava num sótão, 5 piso, sem luz natural qb, sem janelas (somente com dois “postigos” bem pequenos), tinha uma porta de entrada que não fechava e não garantia qualquer privacidade (auditiva e visual) e segurança. Tinha bolor na parede e um cheiro a mofo em todo o espaço. O acesso era feito somente por umas escadas exíguas (sem elevador), não tendo nem um patamar antes da porta: os degraus iam diretos a porta! NAO HAVIA CONDIÇÕES DE SEGURANÇA, PRIVACIDADE, E HIGIENE / SAÚDE. Temos fotografias e vídeos.
Obviamente recusamos ficar. Neste momento a booking / alojamento ainda se recusam a devolver o dinheiro. Péssimo apoio desta plataforma durante a nossa visita ao local e após.
The rooms have modern standard and are located in the old part of Cagliari on a hill. The staff are mostly friendly
The hotel concept is that it is ”spread out” in different buildings. Which means if you are in the wrong part you will have to walk a few streets away from the reception and barely see any staff. You will live on the second floor of a run down apartment building where the hotel has converted an apartment to several hotel rooms. The stairs are dark, and the other people living there don’t seem to enjoy having a hotel in their building based on the notes in the stairway.
There exists a lift, that is more akin to a service elevator and is slower than crawling.
Depending on which building you are placed in you might be forced to eat breakfast in your room, as the buffet is only for some guests as there is not space for every guest. This is not as advertised on their website, so beware! Also the breakfast is cheap, with the advertised ”carefully selected local producers” being from the nearest supermarket based on the packaging.
The breakfast is prepared outside the rooms, so make sure to bring earplugs as the microwave beeps, coffee maker noises, and plate banging starts at 7:00 every morning and goes on for a few hours. After that the loud vacuum is turned on. This is very loud in the rooms as the walls are thin and the doors don’t block sound at all.
Overall it’s a hotel that wants to look deluxe, but there is no substance. The concept is bad and the deluxe look of the rooms is just a facade with no backing. The advertising is borderline false if not lies. Would not recommend a stay at this price (at most worth half the price)

Świetna lokalizacja, miły i pomocny personel.
Zamek w drzwiach ciężko chodził, zacinał się. Zamykanie i otwieranie pokoju było problematyczne.
Staff were super helpful, Marco was great with any questions we had and also helped us with our bags. We were in room 203 king room which had great light. The free parking Marco recommended was an easy walk. Be careful with the ZTL zone
Marco was fantastic. He helped us find our way there and was so quick to respond. The breakfast was so lovely. The room was beautiful. While the building is from the 1600s, it was so clean and updated. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the unit is super spacious. It was really perfect and so glad to have found it!!
While these aren’t complaints at all, guests should know a few things in case they are older or don’t want to deal with this. 1- The hotel is up a steep hill. 2- The parking that was closest and listed as 3 minutes away was according to Google Maps and our actual walk, really 14 minutes uphill. 3- Our room was up 64 steps and there is no elevator.
I think it’s very much worth staying but just be aware.
