Zimmer sehr stylisch, ruhig, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück
Aufzug ist schon sehr nostalgisch. Den brauchten wir nur zum Koffertransport.
L'emplacement au coeur du centre historique et l'accueil du personnel.
Nous aurions apprécié avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre. La chambre était un peu exiguë.
Sehr schöne Zimmer in sehr schönem Palazzo in der höheren Altstadt beim Castello gelegen. Bei Hitze etwas anstrengender Bergaufgang.
Eigentlich hat mir alles gefallen.
L’établissement est bien placé
Le petit déjeuner est très , très sommaire.
Il ne dispose que de 4 tables de deux donc si vous arrivez et que c’est complet on vous renvoie sans sourire sur les roses.
Les chambre du haut jouissent d’une grande nuisance sonore .
Les lits sont tout petit .
Il est très difficile de se garer aux alentours de l’hôtel

Porte même pas étanche à la lumière on y voyait le jour au travers à plusieurs endroit et on entendait évidemment les passages dans le couloir comme si les gens étaient dans la chambre

Poutre pas assez haute alors que je ne fais que 1,76m
Pas de fenêtres (tout petit carreau que je n appellerais pas une fenêtre)
Pas de parking alors qu il était proposé dans l annonce

Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very unique. We ordered the night before and breakfast was served promptly in our room the following morning.
The stairs. Elevator not working or not reliable.
The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The location was great for exploring the traditional old town, the cathedral is absolutely stunning and only a two minute walk from the hotel. The room is a great size and the bathroom is very spacious too. The breakfast is lovely and there are a few tables on a small terrace to the rear of the breakfast room. There is a shop a few buildings from the hotel that sell water / nice food products, you can also have a glass of wine / beer in the shop, we went here most nights. There is a small supermarket in the towns high street, we found larger shops quite hard to find.
The photo of what looks like a rooftop bar at the hotel is very misleading, the hotel doesn’t have a rooftop bar. There is one a few buildings down the road which is very small, we left as no one came to take our order, there is another terrace restaurant with stunning views called Librium roughly a 7 minute walk away, the food was lovely. Opposite Librium is a traditional pizzeria, they also sell good ice cream too!!
Very unassuming but such a great property. Rooms were great, breakfast was great.
Les chambres étaient une bonne surprise positives parce qu'en arrivant et voyant la réception et le hall du batiment de l'autre chambre, cela ne "ressemblait" pas à grand chose. Pas très joli ... et puis les chambres étaient une bonne surprise ainsi que la terrasse du petit déjeuner
la salle de petit dejeuner de l'autre immeuble était plutot triste... et puis cfr zone réception et zone hall avec ascenseur, pas tres jolis
Nice place in the old city of Cagliari. Very small but familiar.
It was as expected.
We booked two identical Deluxe Rooms, but one of the rooms we received was clearly not suitable for guests.
The room faced directly into a building under construction, with workers standing just outside our window. The hotel never informed us about the construction before our arrival. At one point, I came out of the shower and found workers outside the window while I was getting dressed. The curtains were very transparent, making this a serious invasion of privacy.
Because of the construction, we couldn't keep the window open. At the same time, the air conditioning was not working properly, so the room became extremely hot and stuffy in the July heat.
The room also had a shower drain that didn't work properly, making it impossible to take a normal shower.
To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, the hotel initially tried to argue that there was no "quiet street view" room type, despite my reservation clearly stating "Deluxe Room with a quiet street view." only a day after we moved to another room.
The construction may not have been organized by the hotel, but that does not change the guest experience. Guests should be informed before arrival and should not be charged full price for a room that is significantly affected by noise, lack of privacy, and maintenance issues.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had, mainly because of the way the situation was handled.
