Good room
Pros:

The standard room is comfortable, complete with a clean toilet, wifi and ac. There's also a water filter in the hall so no need to buy water. A 7 Eleven is just a few doors from the hotel for your own convenience. The area is surrounded with food stalls and restaurants so there is no problem when you're hungry.

the need to improve on customer service
Pros:

-pretty much dissapointed.
-the hotel blammed expedia for their communication.
-i think both parties need to come up with better understanding.
-for a budget hotel, the room, cleanliness, its all standard. no complains.
