The room was not clean. We may have had clean bedding. But the bathroom was gross the hairdryer had debris on it. There was no shampoo. Beds were not comfortable. Did not look at all like the photos.

I tried to cancel and they wouldn’t refund although I was 24 hours in advance

It was only a quick 3-hour nap on a layover so I didn't really test everything, but for that it was good. Check in was easy, room was clean, good a/c, & comfy bed. Loved the cute airplane themes. No complaints (about the hotel—didn't have a bit of a fiasco with the taxi getting there but that's not the hotel's fault 😅)

The rooms on Expedia were looking good and spacious but in reality, room was so small.

Hotel did not offer free drop off initially and advised that they will charge, breakfast was finished early and we were not communicated about breakfast timing.

They advised that they will refund our breakfast and transport charges but we have not received any confirmation of refund so far.

Overall, it was an unpleasant experience booking for this hotel via Expedia.

Location far from city and Genting but the price is right.

The breakfast chef was very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy but everything else was well below expectations even for a lower priced hotel. Despite pre booking and multiple phone calls and emails on the day our prebooked shuttle never arrived requiring an expensive taxi. The room, bathroom and elevator was dirty (even the room coffee mug), bathroom had half of the shower screen missing, the advertised restaurant and room service were not available.

For the price, it was good value for money, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable, the bathroom was in need of repair as the handle on the shower door was broken, that said the shower was good and hot. Could of done with windows, as there wasn't any in the room's and maybe outside seating in the smoking area. The breakfast was simple but nice and the staff lovely and helpful. We all agree that we would stay here again.

The room was large and king size bed was comfortable. Good value for money.

I could not stay here. There’s no windows in the room. I felt very enclose.

Near KLIA for morning flight. Room AC did not work correctly. Getting a car by Grab is cheaper than the hotel’s shuttle to airport. There are probably better choices in the area.

Old, Dirty and Falling apart. Room was boiling hot on arrival, aircon didn't work properly, noisy aircon and fridge. Tiny bar fridge was dirty and empty, no bottled water. Toilet didnt flush properly. Most staff were rude and unhelpfull, but not all. Our room was clearly including buffet breakfast, showed them my booking email but they said it was booked by Expedia, not Wotif and no breakfast was noted. Possibly in future i will book directly with expedia if thats what wotif do.

No windows in room, dirty all round, very sticky and dusty, bad reception attitude, AC not working so I was boiling all night with no window to open, shower area very small so can't have shower easily. A horrible and bad experience. Won't stay there again.

Pubic hairs in sink. No windows! No communication at all. No pickup as paid for. Breakfast appalling. Unfriendly. Totally photoshopped advertising. The only good thing about this place was leaving! I have travelled the world and NEVER being so disappointed in my accommodation, thing love child of bate hotel and faulty towers.

The hotel is half an hour from the airport but there is a lot of traffic to get there. There is practically nothing around the hotel and it is difficult to walk to decent restaurants. The reception staff is friendly but the same cannot be said for the restaurant and bar staff where there is a rude woman. The breakfast is terrible with cold food and little choice. The rooms have an unpleasant smell and when I entered the bathroom there was still a dirty toilet without having flushed.

I found lots of "tiny black long grain shape" - animal feces along the windowsill. I reported the issue to the hotel staffs.
As for the sound proof - not working as expected.
I had been awakened multiples times from the street noises in the middle of the night and the early morning.
When I first walked up to the hotel room after checked in, I smelled second hand smoke along the hall way too.
I would rate it as 2 stars instead of 3 stars hotel. I am really quite disappointed as the price is not cheap in Ringgit Malaysia.

I DID NOT EVEN STAY HERE. THE PLACE IS SO DIRTY- SO MANY BUGS AND NOT CLEAN. I LEFT AND DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT GO...SAVE YOUR MONEY..IT'S MOTEL VIBES

The hotel is a little outdated and need some improvement.

The hotel is fine for short stay.
The deposit amount is different from web info.
Wifi is very poor.
Otherwise the service and hotel is good.
