Exceeded Expections
Pros:

We have stayed in many different hotels around the world, but our stay at the Altira was the one where everything truly felt "first class" and lived up to its hype and more so. Would definitely come here again and recommend anyone else visiting Macau to stay here. In fact, we were both wishing we could have extended our stay!

Warm hospitality and great service – thank you!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at Altira Macau, even before we arrived! Due to a missed flight, we had to delay our arrival until late evening. Despite the change, the hotel team was incredibly understanding and held our room without any issues.

A special thank you to Patrick from the Contact Centre, who kindly offered to arrange a transfer for us when he learned of our situation. Although we ultimately decided to make our own way to the hotel, his thoughtful gesture and readiness to help truly impressed us.

The warmth and professionalism shown by the team made us feel well taken care of, and we’re grateful for the smooth check-in after a long day of travel. Highly recommend Altira Macau for anyone looking for both comfort and outstanding service.

Pros:

Our family enjoy to stay altira hotel as the bathtubs are clean and the water is warm. One of your staff also gave us 2 extra bottles of water.

Choose this over the Cotai strip hotels any time
Pros:

What a fabulous hotel. I have stayed at plenty of Macau hotels and this is one of the absolute best. Excellent views, huge room, bath is terrific. The spa and pool are superb. Staff very nice and efficient. Location good, maybe 20mins walk from old Taipa village. Can't fault this place and hopefully will visit again

Cons:

Swimwear drier in men's changing room didn't work. That's all

他のカジノホテルに比べて安価で広い部屋に泊まれる。清潔でとても快適。

Cons:

ロケーションが少し不便。タクシーなどを利用すれば問題はないが、ホテルのシャトルバスが主要な場所(空港やフェリーターミナルなど)に行くのに、一度CODを経由しないと行けないのは不便。それも込みの値段の安さかなとも思うが。

Pros:

Room was clean and huge, beautiful view of the water, bathtub was awesome. Pool and the gym facilities were very nice! The main attractions of Macau weren't quite walkable from the hotel, but only short and convenient taxi ride away. I actually quite liked that it was in the quieter area of town!
