Aircondition was not working...
Bedsheets and Blankets were not clean....inspite they were smelling like something....
In the Midnight at 12:00 they start the maintenance work and bang the things which cannot make you sleep.....
It is not worth the money they are charging.....

There were moquitos in room. Room window locks were broken we changed 2 rooms still we found locks were broken. Not felt like secure. Bedsheets were dirty , we asked them to change then new bedsheet were again not cleaned. Bathroom was dirty. Room service were so slow, after multiple reminder they put extra bed with stinky blanket. Location is ok but other option can be considered instead of this.

I had stayed at this hotel a few months back and liked the overall experience.
Thought that it would be same and chose to stay, this time with family.
I felt the overall experience was a disappointment.
Though the staff were very courteous, which thankfully remained same, the cleanliness levels has dropped, Bath rooms were not as expected, the water smelled as if some kind of oil had got mixed up, had real tough time when brushing my teeth.
The room was not clean enough, to my surprise a whole lot of dust and empty sachets of tea/coffee were seen at the corner, left as it for some time, probably.
I wish that the hotel management take actions to ensure no further deterioration.

Except complimentary breakfast everything else is pretty bad.

Wifi needs a whole lot of improvement and Local Transport can be made easy with a pre arranged car at Govt rates!Food quality was ok dokey....last time was good!A/c conditions are either too great or not working!so either too freezing cold or its 26 degrees and sound!

The hotel serves it's purpose for a visit to the Balaji temple although a bit further from the airport than I expected.
Not quite 4 star, but adequate for a short stay with very friendly staff.

It was a very comfortable stay the only problem we faced was the guy at the front desk did not Kno the difference between king and queen size bed as we wre 3 ladies and had booked king size but he gave us queen size and argued with us late night and asked us to pay for the extra bed !

The staff were exceptional. They did everything right.

Room was a let down
1. No hot water despite multiple visits by electrician
2. AC thermostat didn't work, had to manually tuen on and off AC to.regulate temperature

Hotel was at very convinient location to go to Tirumala Balaji Temple .

I have been regularly visiting tirupati and keys vihas is one of the best hotels in tirupati

hotel sheets had not been changed; room smelt but they would not open windows to air out.....overall not what the rating would lead you to expect.

Cons:
1) Was unable to access WiFI. When contacted the front desk replied that the logon name and password both were the room no itself. But even after multiple attempts wasn't able to connect to it. Another guest I met at the front desk also had the same issue and it wasn't dealt with.
2) The supplies shop at the ground floor sells overpriced products. Was told that the price of a fragrant incense stick box was Rs.300/-
3) The room service & also at the 9 flavors restaurant is super snail slow.
4) Staff are very good at keeping change as tip and wont return it until explicitly demanded.
Pros:
1. Located favorably (not too interior) while descending the hills post main temple visit.
2. Smooth and quick check-in.
3. Nicely done modern interiors with a contemporary look.
4. Good food at 9 flavors restaurant(hot & freshly prepared)
5. Got a hill view room(#415).

We arrived at the hotel at around 9 am in the morning and we checked in within minutes. Overall it was smooth and comfortable stay at the Hotel.

Stayed one night, so could go to Tirumala Temple twice.

We were disappointed with our stay.The purpose was pilgrimage to Tirumala and the reviews and photographs on the site prompted us to book this hotel.
The checkin was ok but the girl at the counter was clueless about our reservation and there were other guests complaining that the room key was not working.
The room was average,reasonably clean.We had asked for a triple room and was promised an extra bed but none arrived.We did not make an issue as our main focus was on Tirupati Darshan.The bathroom was not very clean,towels dated,toiletries none and the shower gel was like a dish washing liquid.
The restaurant served decent North Indian food but being in Andhra Pradesh it was surprising that the South Indian food was just average.
The wait for an afternoon thali which we ordered so that it will be served quickly,was almost an hour.They started serving when the guests started complaining one by one.
The reception staff kept on enquiring if I were checking out every time I exited the hotel.
The busboys were extremely eager to help you out with luggage or doors in anticipation of tips but their pleasant faces were the only consolation to the otherwise morose staff.
The location is also a plus point as it is just a short drive to the Alipiri entrance.
Our Darshan made up for all this misery and so we left without a whimper.

Pleasantly surprised about the quality of this hotel. Every detail was well attended to in the room. Staff was friendly.
