super comfort stay and very recommended
Pros:

super comfort. the bed is so soft. the view is cool. i can see Deen Maju from my room🤣🤣 so can plan when can q to eat. hotel location also is a walking distance to Avenue Mall and the famous Sup Hameed. and also one block from Noordin street.

Pros:

3rd time staying here. This room is spacious (family room) and the bed are comfy. Located near eating places and Komtar. Facilities provided are complete.. kettle, iron, iron board, hair dryer and ect..

Cons:

The toilet is a bit smelly .. u can smell something like urine whenever u enter the toilet.
The iron board is not sturdy and a bit loose..have to make sure that the board does not fell down when ironing.

Loved that it was in a location where all the desired amenities were close by and quite a few attractions were within walking distance.

The staff were very helpful, accomodating and cheerful. I enjoyed my stay as much as I did when I booked Neo + last year as well.

Great Location with fairly newly renovated rooms with basic amenities
Pros:

Pleasant hotel with newly renovated rooms. Stayed in 2201. Has all the basic amenities. Free water refill at water dispenser located just outside the room. Good location within walking distance to convenience shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. Would return just for the location of the hotel.

Cons:

Pity about poor maintenance of bathroom door which was loose thus didn’t close the bathroom well. Also room chair was quite worn out.
I also had a RM100.00 Room Deposit that the Hotel did not return to me, Dates of Stay June 5-7, 2026. Stayed in Room 2201

Highly recommended hotel: great location, very clean
Pros:

Extremely clean facilities. Excellent customer service. Great location (just opposite Hin Bus Depot), easily walkable to Georgetown heritage area. Very good breakfast.

Es cómodo y a media distancia de todo. La piscina está muy bien.

Cons:

Le falta un poco de cuidado, si bien está limpio se nota el paso del tiempo. El gym no existe realmente y es una pena ni una mancuerna.

Great location Hotel!
Pros:

The room size was Amazingly spacious. We booked the Deluxe Double Room for two people, and it provided plenty of space for our luggage and to move around comfortably. The view of the city was also excellent. Location is Fantastic! walking distance to all interest locations.

Cons:

It would have been great if at least there was bottle of water in the room , seems they dont include water, also extra towels , and extra pillows, but overall budgetwise its great.
