Pros:

• Rather quiet.
• Wifi reaches in the whole building.
• Water dispenser in the reception area.
• Good washing products.

Cons:

• Staff was not helpful: when asked how to go to the airport, they said “we don't offer taxi service”. “Okay, do you have a solution how to go to the airport?” “No.”. Lucky that I know how to use Grab and hail a taxi bike, but really, wtf.
• Staff was extremely slow with everything. It took three people 40 minutes to check-in 4 guests, one typing on their computer, another one holding the passport open, another one just watching them.
• Pretty worn out facilities: water would not drain from the bathtub, door handle took 4-5 tries before it would open.
• Very old style AC: extremely loud, no thermostat, always blows to the maximum and needs to be turned on and off manually.

Unsatisfied. Very unhappy customer. Dont be fooled by their photos and other reviews. The worst hotel ever,
Pros:

Poorly managed. Staff untrained. Staff has no clue. Room was poorly cleaned.

Cons:

Cars parked are not recorded. I was blocked and have to wait till a car infront of me moved. I had an appointment and has to cancel and rebooked. Staff didnt keep a record of who has parked in the vicinity.Luckily, i wasnt catching up a flight otherwise its gonna cause me a lot of issues.

Budget friendly hotel for Cebu quick get-away.
Pros:

The staff were really helpful and very courteous. They went out of their way to help me on a special request. Great location and value for money. Ample parking too. It's a pretty straightforward budget hotel.

Cons:

Bit lacking in hotel services such as restaurant/ cafe but you can pre-order food from the concierge or just opt to dine in nearby restos or fast food outlets.

Pros:

We were able to check in early

Cons:

The aircon makes a lot of noise. Like really loud. Can't sleep because of it. One room has no fridge but you still need to pay same price.

Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse.

Cons:

Hôtel très bruyant la nuit car très sonore intérieurement.
Le personnel n était pas à la hauteur lorsque on demandait un conseil.
La Bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas.

Pros:

For this price, there are many better hotels in Cebu.

Cons:

Idk if this hotel thinks we are bald, hair dryer should be provided all the time… Also, the shower water pressure is poor, slow and cold, and the drainage is poor. Wifi was useless.
