Only good this is about its Location
It used to be a really nice and clean hotel. But they degraded their quality. They claim Bedsheets were washed but they have lot of stains and Bathroom does not seems to be clean. Sink and taps were filthy. I asked then to clean it again before checkin because there were no rooms available of my choice. I had to stay there because I already paid online otherwise I would have changed the hotel. Please do take care about cleaning stuffs.

C est un hotel où je descends tout le temps quand je suis a Delhi mais il aurait besoin d un petit rafraîchissement. Le personnel est agréable.
Je suis actuellement bloquée à cause du conflit iranien et j ai demandé lors de la prolongation de mon séjour chez eux à cause de mon vol annulé de payer en CB. Ils étaient Ok et au moment de payer plus d accord que du cash. J ai donc quittée l hotel car il me reste encore 10 nuits avant prochain avion et je n aime pas que l on ne respecte pas ce qui est dit.. Je ne pense plus retourner dans cet hôtel dommage car le personnel est très agréable.
Le personnel est sympathique. L établissement est relativement propre. La chambre 106 est silencieuse.
Le hall est clinquant. Certaines chambres sont abimées par la clientèle : crachats sur les murs d une des chambres. Draps de la literie dans certaines chambres taches. Impossible de brancher la bouilloire.

The check-in process was smooth, with staff greeting me politely and handling everything without unnecessary delays 😊 The room itself was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and had a calm, welcoming vibe. The bed was genuinely comfortable, and after long days outside, it felt like the perfect place to rest 🛏️
Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness without being intrusive. Towels were fresh, the space stayed organized, and little details like neatly arranged items showed care. The hotel also maintained a peaceful atmosphere—no unnecessary noise, no chaos in the hallways, just a consistent sense of calm 😌
