Très Mauvaise expérience
Pros:

Bonjour, je suis très déçu de cette établissement et du service client booking car je les ai contacté des mon arrivée a l'hôtel j'ai reçu un mail comme quoi je serais rappeler dans les 48h, mon séjour a pris fin et tjrs pas de retour.
L'hôpital est catastrophique c'est vraiment une annonce mensongère qui n'a rien avoir avec la réalité.
Des que je rentre dans la chambre fenêtre cassé qui ne se ferme pas. Literie très sale troué pas la cigarette. Wc et sale d'eau très vielle et chasse d'eau cassé. C'était les pires vacances de ma vie.

Cons:

Réceptionniste très désagréable qui ne répondent même pas au salutations sauf le Syrien Ali souriant et poli.

Lit cassé qui est resté inchangé malgré la visite de la femme de chambre, alors que cela aurait dû être signalé. Le petit-déjeuner, présenté comme un argument dans l'annonce, était en réalité médiocre, tant en termes de qualité que d'hygiène. De plus, il n'y avait aucune coordination entre la réception et le restaurant pour le nombre de personnes à servir, ce qui a rendu le service compliqué. Le personnel était peu professionnel, rendant l'expérience encore plus difficile. En outre, le manque de respect pour la vie privée était flagrant, notamment lorsque quelqu'un a frappé à la porte de la chambre à 22h30 pour demander le paiement d'un supplément pour le petit-déjeuner, qui s'est avéré être une erreur de leur part.

Zimmer verdreckt und verstaubt, Frühstück war Albtraum, keine richtigen Vorhänge, Personal unfreundl

alles war eine reine Enttäuschung. Dieses Hitel darf auf Booking.com nicht angeboten werden!
Zimmer verdreckt, überall Staub und Dreck unter den Betten. Möbel im Bad kaputt, Dusche verschimmelt, Duschkopf kaputt, Klobrille kaputt. Fenster im Zimmer haben keine richtigen Vorhänge, sodass es nachts ziemlich hell war.

Cons:

Personal ist überhaupt nicht auf Kundenwünschen eingegangen. Tische beim Frühstück waren ständig verdreckt mit Essensresten und Zigarettenasche. Mehrmals vergeblich das Personal gebitten, Tisch sauber zu machen, mehr als uns anzustarren, als ob wir Unmögliches wollten.
Kein Kaffe zum Frühstück, nur weißes Brot, das ständig ausging. Ständig mussten wir betteln, mehr Brot zu geben. Frühstück war sehr, sehr mickrig. Kein Obst, keine Säfte, kein Joghurt, nur Butter und Marmelade, und Käse, sonst nichts. Entgegen der Bilder des Hotels, ist das Frühstück eine Frechheit und Abzocke.

Finger weg von diesem Hotel!!

Gar nichts!!!!

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft im Hotel, war das Zimmer nicht vorbereitet. Das Zimmer was die für uns reserviert haben, war unhygenisch und die Küchenzeile wo Sie raus gebaut haben, haben einfach raus auf das Balkon abgestellt. Den Abfluss haben die mit einem Papierbecher zu gemacht und es hat unheimlich gerochen. Nachdem ich es reklamiert habe, haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen und es war auch nicht so besonders. Die Zimmertür hat immer Probleme gemacht, wo ich es mit der Karte öffnen wollte. Die Abfluss vom Waschbecken war verstopft.
Zwei Tage lief der Aufzug nicht.

Staff , only houskeeping 1 Girl Was Kind even they alloed her to clean our Room in 3 days only one time , the Rest days was nothing . Breakfast only cucumber . Cold Eggs 2 plates olive . not coffee . tea properly . Glasses and Plates dirty . damage Shower . Not any sleeper . not even tissues only 1 Rol per day ... Bed as you turn side my Goodness ... all photos and comments are with Help pf Ai and freinds comments ,,,We always left Room 10 am untill 23 informed to Reception but not anyone clean . Even at checkout time we waited not anyone was there finally resturant guy took our Room key ... So bad experience we got from here

Minimaal hotel op een toplocatie voor mensen die de nacht doorbrengen en verder gaan.
Pros:

Ontbijt was minimaal en ook goed voor de prijs. Locatie was geweldig. Kruipend naar taksimplein, bushalte en metro.

Cons:

Het is een beetje vervallen en het hotel heeft restauratie nodig. Maar voor de prijs mag ik niet klagen

المصعد جدا صغير يتسع ل3 أشخاص فقط وبدون حقيبة .
المطعم جدا متواضع ويفتقر تتنوع خلاف ما منشور في الصور .
