Das Hotel ist schön gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Über den Begrüßungsdrink haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das (indisch/pakistanische) Essen, besonders das Abendessen ist ausgesprochen lecker.

Cons:

Ein Fahrstuhl wäre sicherlich von Vorteil, wobei die engagierten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter das Gepäcktragen übernehmen..

Super stay on our overlanding trip.
Pros:

A hidden gem. I was not expecting much but we had a lovely overnight stay after a long drive from Salalah. The pool was good, buffet was very good.

Cons:

Breakfast had no freshly cooked eggs and not a great selection of food.

clean facility but bad front desk service
Pros:

The room is clean. The lobby is clean. But the tap water is muddy when first turned on. Needed to run the tap water for a minute first before using it. There are good selection of foods for breakfast. The migrant workers are polite and courteous. However, I ran into an issue with the front desk guy when I was checking out and requested his help to call a taxi. I told him that I needed to pay the taxi with a credit card as I didn't have any OMR. He refused to call after I said I needed to go to another hotel Crowne Plaza to meet my coworkders. He said I needed to get some OMR as credit cards are not accepted there. I asked another man working at the front desk the night before checking out about paying taxi with credit cards and he said no problem.
