A beautiful hotel, highly recommended for a relaxing stop along your road trip.
Pros:

What I loved most about this hotel was its design, especially the central area overlooking the fjord, which makes the most of the stunning views. The lobby is elegant, and the common areas are beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. It’s a lovely place to stay, with a real sense of style.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, although the chef really did his best to make sure we were well looked after. I think the hotel could benefit from having more staff, or at least some extra help during busy periods, to make the service run more smoothly.

The rooms were okay, but nothing out of the ordinary. They weren’t particularly spacious or especially comfortable.

Besser als erwartet.
Pros:

Auch wenn es auf den ersten Blick nicht so aussieht, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Sehr gutes Personal, megafleißig, umsichtig, gute Ausstattung und schöne Lage, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Alles gut.

Flott beliggenhet, flott interiør men møt mett!
Pros:

Beliggenheten nede ved fjorden var fabelaktig, likeledes interiøret i resepsjons-/spiseområdet! Frokosten var upåklagelig, og ble servert i et godt og trivelig miljø!

Cons:

Vi har brukt hotellet to ganger denne sommeren. Ved første besøk var det ikke et restauranttilbud ved hotellet. Andre gangen var det et tilbud, men vi mente at tilbudet på ingen måte forsvarte prisen.

Burde vært bedre i forhold til den høyr prisen.

Cons:

Rommet var iskaldt. Alt av varme var slått av, inkl. gulvet på badet. Fikk ikke hjelp av personalet etter klage. Måtte finne ut av det selv. På kvelden da vi kom inn på rommet var det blitt levelig. Først neste morgen var det litt varme i gulvet på badet.
Frokosten var sparsom. Enkelte ting var tomt da vi kom en time før frokosten var slutt.
Rognan Hotel er en skygge av seg selv i forhold for mange år siden.

Flott hotell - litt å gå på i forhold til betjening og drift.
Pros:

Veldig fin beliggenhet, rolige omgivelser. Fine lokaliteter.

Cons:

Lite utvalg på frokosten, og sen etterfylling av det som gikk tomt.
Lite tilgjengelig personale, lite informasjon ved innsjekk. Ingen i resepsjon ved utsjekk.
Muligens pga sommer og ferieavvikling?
