not great
Dirty and small
Great price but a very noisey and tiny room. But considering the cheap price it was alright
It's a very cheap room for what it's worth, the room 10A was quite far from the shower/toilet, which makes it quite difficult on hot summer days.
there isn't enough space for a desk/table in the room, which makes it difficult to put my keys/phone.
The service was fine though.
It was terrible. The attached bathroom was not working. There was no exhaust, even windows were unable to be opened. The general toilet was dirty with spits on the floor and (Pan Gutka) spits on the corner. The wash basin tap was broken. The smell was so horrible. The bed was broken and the sharp springs were coming out from the bed mattress. There was no shower gel in the shower. The shower was small and open. No drinking water was available. For the general shower, you have to go to the basement or 2nd floor with your clothes or towel and other people knock on the door.
Room was small and smelt appalling of mould/damp and possibly urine.
There were No propper room facilities
-the bedding was inadequate.
Ridiculously small toilet and shower off landing.Thin walls-poor sound proofing.
The room had broken furniture. Windows were dirty. Bathroom was decent and clean. Bed was okay but walls were dirty. Staff were lovely though.
If you get a room in such a good location for such a cheap price, you can’t expect much. What you can expect, however, is a hotel that takes pride in what little it does
I booked an ensuite room for two nights in April for about £100, so I was expecting a basic bed and ensuite in a probably cramped but serviceable room. What I got was that but as a hotbox. The room was sweltering, and the security feature on the window prevented it from being opened beyond a couple of centimetres. I asked the receptionist if they at least had a pedestal fan I could use to help with airflow. They didn’t have one. I asked if they had a different room. He was able to move me to another room that was also quite warm, but at least had a fully opening window. So he was helpful with that. But overall, the rooms felt like the owners don’t take any pride in the place - no forethought to customers’ comfort if their rooms are hot. I would also say the place was clean enough (the towels and linens did not smell, the bathroom was fine), I also didn’t place my belongings on the beds or floors in fear of potential bedbugs. I don’t believe there were bedbugs, but that was the feeling the place gives off.
I was also awoken at 3am on Sunday morning by the building’s fire alarm. Just as I was about to evacuate, the alarm stopped. There was no announcement to say that it was a false alarm or what had happened.
Overall, not good other than it is cheap and it’s in a good location.
Good value for money. Close to underground. No complaints
Pleasant stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the room looked slightly worn out, with rust all over the shower rod and shower head. Staff were great. Ideal for an overnight stay.
Great staff, simple room but there was space, warm. It was clean. Basic but efficient.
Creepy crawlies on bathrooms floors...
Carpet NEED Deep Clean/Shampooing.
Last room:Digital TV issues.
Issues about pricing, disparity between online and staff.
Very quiet on weekdays.
Value for money..
The entire floor in the hotel room was wet. Hotel staff said it wasent their fault. Wasent able to get a different room or partial refund. Avoid this place at all costs.
Reception was lovely , it was a 1 star hotel sp you get what you get for the money
I would stay again , very clean too and free wifi was great and tv channels too
Lovley location near shops in earls court and not far from tube or bus stop either
Lovely stay i had
NEVER STAY HERE. My room smelt like a wet dog, the window was broken so all night all you could hear were the tubes running. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Did not even say a word when checking up and didn’t address our issues properly regarding the smell and uncleanliness
I choose because it was cheap but I was wrong, It was a big mistake that I never do that again, it is dirty and share wc bathroom :) even it is dirty, I am happy it was only 1 night.
I stayed in the windowless single room, it honestly wasn't terrible for what it was. You can't expect much for £35 a night in central London but you'd be hard pressed to do much better for the price. It has a bed, it's a place to sleep whilst you go out and do other things during the day.
Not going back there!
As you would expect for the money
