Rigtig godt, hyggeligt hotel til en god pris

Pros:

Morgenmaden var god og personalet var super venlige.

Cons:

Sengen var alt for hård.
Godt med elevator, men man er stadig nødt til at gå op ad få trapper til at komme ind i spisesalen/loungen.

Tilfredsstillende men ikke imponerende

Virkelig venligt personale! Jeg fik lov at låne en sækkevogn til noget arbejde jeg skulle lave mens jeg var i Herning, da min egen var blevet glemt hjemme.

Cons:

Der manglede en oversigt i lobbyen over hvor de forskellige værelser befandt sig. På første sal var der skiltet op til værelse 115 .. jeg havde værelse 116 så det var forvirrende.
Brusenichen havde sorte fuger og fremstod ikke i god/ren tilstand. Også skaller i loftet. Ikke særlig mange stikkontakter tilgængelige - et spøjst setup med 2 lamper og TV der skulle deles om samme stik?
Første morgen var det ikke en imponerende morgenmadsbuffet - anden dagen var lidt bedre men det levede ikke helt op til beskrivelsen på deres hjemmeside.

Nice location in City Center.

Cons:

We could not arrive our first night and we asked only if they could compensate one room(of the two booked) and they would not agree. Upon arrival we were charged additional 160, 00€ for a bed that we did not agree on, after half an hour discussion this was then not charged.
In this room there were no conditions for two people to sleep in(maybe two children). One of my friends then slept on the floor.
I asked if they could print out tickets for the game for us and they also charged me 0,50€ per papir sheet.
Also in the morning they basically throwed us out of one room beacuse some other room was leaking.
They entered 10 times with force to our room to check some leaking of the building and we were forced in these conditions to check out early.
