Отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал. Всегда на связи, быстро отвечал и ориентировал. Очень приятное впечатление.

Cons:

К сожалению номер очень сильно отличался от фотографии. Ужасная слышимость. Ремонт - еле дышит (но на фото кажется что все прекрасно. В номере было два фена и оба расплавление - решила не пытать счастье и не плавить свои волосы. Постельное белье и сантехника было чистые, но огромный слой пыли на расплавленном фене в ванной. Немного плесени в душевой. Не функционирующие диффузоры мыла, геля для душа, шампуня. Без берут заснуть невозможно. Окна закрыты но ощущение постоянно открытых окон - если ветр, то холод пробивался, если шум - то вы все услышите.

Возможно это специфика Стамбула и отелей в нем, но стоит учитывать все эти нюансы в выборе ночлега в путешествии

地理位置绝佳，步行和交通非常便利 ，机场巴士45分钟到塔克西姆广场，再步行约六七分钟就到酒店，就在独立大街旁边，还乘过M2，F1转TI 到各景点。 房间很干净舒适，很喜欢住在这里！

For those who want to be close to the Taksim Square - the location is excellent
Pros:

The location is excellent… close to Taksim Square, Istiklal Street and the Galata Tower. The staff are extremely kind and fulfill any request immediately if possible. Thank you very much for that.

Cons:

The fact that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator and that the stairs are shaped in a way that makes you feel dizzy while climbing is a major drawback. The room is quite cold due to poor heating and there is a noticeable smell of dampness.

Cons:

The room and the toilet were quite small. I was in room number 101
Also, no complimentary bottle of water was provided when we arrived, so we had to buy water from a nearby supermarket .
Note: you can also buy the water from them but I knew that later
-No elevator so you had to climb the stairs

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just a 2 minutes walk from the Taksim square, and the neighborhood has a lot of character. Thank you, Alexandra, for hosting me at your lovely hotel.

Cons:

The room was a bit small, but perfect for my needs, and I would stay here again if I have the chance.

Pros:

Несколько лет выбираю этот отель для короткой стыковки в городе. Маленький, но уютный. Все очень базовое, но есть необходимое: холодильник, отопление, кондиционер, кровать😁
Можно с питомцами. Русскоговорящая хозяйка и возможность самостоятельного заезда даже ночью.
Идеально расположен в тихом закоулке рядом с метро Таксим, автобусом в аэропорт и оживленной пешеходной улицей.
Очень адекватные цены.
Двухместные номера очень компактные, я бы рекомендовала их для одиночных путешественников. Для пар лучше брать номер с 2 кроватями.

Cons:

В номер не ставят воду, но ее всегда можно купить за углом.
Обратите внимание, что здание старое, лифта нет и лестница довольно крутая.

Приятная уборщица-турчанка, чисто, в номере мило, расположение, хост оперативно отвечает на вопросы в мессенджере.

Cons:

Прохладно, хотя батарея работала, днем нормально, а вот вечером похолодало. Но было теплое одеяло. В ванной узенько, еще и наливается из душа, протереть нечем.
