Pros:

Es un hotel de 10. Todo perfecto, ubicación, limpieza, la habitación super cómoda, camas almohadas. Te ponen todos los dias botellas de agua individuales para cada persona, zapatillas. Hay hervidor con sobres de café y bolsitas de infusiones. Y sobre todo destacar al recepcionista Husnu, nos ayudó con todo, un señor de lo mas amable y servicial. Le agradecemos toda su ayuda que nos ofreció para conocer la ciudad. Gracias por hacernos la estancia tan agradable.

La atención del personal trataban de ser amables

Cons:

Las imágenes no se parecían en nada al hotel, el cuarto era súper pequeño se supone era para 3 personas pero no había ni espacio para caminar mucho menos para las maletas, la ventana daba hacia una pared de cemento, la temperatura del cuarto no se podía regular, las sábanas y toallas malgastadas.

Ottimo hotel in posizione eccellente!
Pros:

Hotel carino in posizione eccellente per visitare le principali attrazioni turistiche a Sultanahmet, a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram. Zona vivace, piena di bar e ristoranti attorno, ma comunque molto tranquilla e sicura. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale cordiale. Consiglio!

Pros:

It was on a very convenient location very close to the tram and the people working front desk were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The room was tiny, we were 2 people and kept bumping onto each other but if you don’t plan to stay in the room for a lot of hours it was fine. It was pretty clean but I wouldn’t say the cleanest hotel I’ve even been to
