Bad experience cos all my stay, I took my bath with cold water
Pros:

The service is poor, the bedsheets change weekly, both bathroom towels, the kitchen nothing to use as kitchen material of burner, ordinary spoons, cups nothing like that. They really need to improve on it. But nice location and good security

The lighting was bright entering the room. Maybe need to upgrade the curtains adding blinds.
Also, found a face towel that had been used hanging in the restroom and there wasn't a remote for the TV. When requested one, we were given the wrong one.

Cons:

I paid for room with kitchen. There was nothing to cook with and when asked front desk about she said you have to bring own pots, pans etc. Every room I have previously rented had everything pretty much needed to cook with. I wasted money on food

Cons:

my room had broken window broken draws. sink clog for 2 weeks. tv didn't work for 2 weeks no dishes no trash can. never clean the room after 1 or 2 months there constantly asked and I did it myself

Room was clean, but had a smell of a potpourri or cleaning solution. Whatever the smell was it was attempt to make it smell good, but the smell was awful.

I'm disappointed with my recent stay at this place, which I rented from November 17th to December 6th. Despite paying for a service that included regular cleaning, I was only provided with one cleaning during my entire 20-day stay. I had to request it multiple times, and even then, it wasn't up to par. The living space was dirty and not well-maintained, which was not what I expected. Unfortunately, this experience left a sour taste, and I wouldn't recommend this place without significant improvements to their cleaning services."

De lo peor la verdad,las fotos no tienen que ver nada con la realidad,estaba sucio,oilia mal,habia gente mal encarada afuera,a lado de mi camioneta habia gente arriba de una camioneta tomando y fumando cosas raras,no estuvimos ni 5 minutos,lamentablrmente ni el alojamiento y ni la aplicacion quieren devolverme mi dinero.

very disappointing

some of the staff are very nice

Cons:

the sink has been messed up for a week, the TV still doesn't work properly and the wifi goes out all the time. the outlets in the room doesn't work at all. toilet seat was messed up for a week. and I was told no service for room when we have been here over a week. that is not cleaning. and bugs are in my room as well
