Staff were very good
Small bed, but it was comfortable
Lovely clean bedroom & bathroom. All staff encountered were friendly.
Breakfast was only okay - lots of choice but cooked breakfast didn't taste like best quality produce
Everything but the food let it down the service though was amazing
The food
Very big hotel with lots of space in the bar, restaurant and entertainment areas. Good location in the North Promenade with tram stops directly outside the hotel. It also had a pool, jacuzzi pool and steam room which we took advantage of.
Other than front of house/dining/entertainment areas on the ground floor, the rest of the hotel was pretty old fashioned and dated. This didn't cause any issues but would look lovely after a modernisation programme. My bed wasn't particularly comfy and would benefit from new mattresses.
Food service was very fast and hotel was very nice
The bed was really hard, was not comfortable
Staff were all helpful and the rooms were very clean
The small bed
Decent we size of room for myself and my friend had everything we needed in the room and having the jacuzzi and pool and we amazing to be able to use them staff was amazing polite as well
