Didn't get one
2 adults and 2 kids with 3 beds in one small room did eventually get rather cramped
Charge for Omelette, coffee machine couldn’t do latte with soya milk
Location was good, friendly staff, rooms clean, great entertainment.
Location and staff ready friendly
I stayed in doric suite just a basic room no romantic in this room at all . And sauna room really old tiles look really dirty plus with indoor pool i couldn't use it
The beach opposite
The room was very dusty, the breakfast wasn't that great.
Great staff extremely clean in all area bedroom are great and cleaned daily entertainment for the kids every night and always something different for them every night bingo and entertainment for adults every night lovely bar staff as well above and beyond for us would definitely stay again
Wouldn’t say it’s anything to dislike it is a bit far away from the central but short tram ride gets you there in under 10 minutes
Food was lovely pool was fab staff where great and loved are room in the annex will definitely be back x
There was nothing we didn't like
Overall we did have a lovely time
The room was very small for a family room
Great location and a clean and tidy room. The check-in staff was very welcoming.
They do have live entertainment in the evening, which was pleasing to see as I've never seen a hotel do that before.
The waitresses do sound very bored of their job.
Finding parking near the hotel can be luck of the draw, really.
Breakfast was very average.
The hotel isn't modern by any standards. It looks old because it is old.
Staff were extremely professional !! Very comfortable stay, thank you Doric!!!.
The outdoor pool was amazing
More attention needed in the rooms as burn in pillow also ceiling pannel missing
In a good location with a tram stop directly opposite so really easy to get in and out of central Blackpool and all of the main attractions.
Lack of hooks to hang stuff up on in the room IE wet swim wear and towels
Great location
No offence but a lot of special needs people
