This hotel is amazing. Our daughter who has autism needs space to be able to regulate and be alone sometimes. We explained this to the staff and they moved our room to a more suitable room for us. This was her favourite holiday! She was so happy with the room! She slept amazingly and did not get overwhelmed at all! The entertainment is amazing and can not fault it. We liked the location as it's a bit of a walk away so you are close enough to the action that it is walkable but far away enough that you are not in the centre of it all! The facilities are AMAZING for a 3 star hotel! we could not believe the pool indoor and out that they had to offer.
Staff were lovely food good. The pools were good. Clean and helpful

Just the location
Everything
I was visiting a friend so really only used as a base, but it was perfect for what I needed
Everything
Nothing
Very good entertainment and the hotel catered for children with a children’s entertainment room.
Excellent outdoor and indoor pools
Only minor downside was having table service at breakfast time, I think it would work more effectively if a buffet service was provided.
Staff food ok
Room was a bit small for use
Ok stay.
Small rooms. Expensive bar.
Waiting staff were so attentive! Good facilities and loved the pool. Room was a decent size for 4 of us staying however had to share double beds with children as was given 2 double beds when booked a family room.
Breakfast seemed very rushed! This is no fault of the waiting staff who again were incredible however staff just seemed rushed off their feet the whole time trying to get food out to everyone. Hotel is a little dated and a few bits of damage in the room when we checked in. Beds were very uncomfortable to the point on of the guests actually slept on the floor and found it more comfortable.
Check in was easy friendly staff food was excellent and a great breakfast served by lovely staff.
The floorboards were a bit creaky during night when going to the toilet waking my partner and noise from floorboards in above rooms .
Lovely staff who work hard
Stuffy and hot bedroom
Check in was straight forward and staff pleasant .
Although we struggled with a parking spot and had to park and pay across the road which I hadn't expected .
Went to outdoor swimming pool with wife and 3 grand children and found it very good , busy, lots of noise but good atmosphere and my grand kids had a great time in the heated pool which was lovely and warm .
We arrived back after having our evening meal in Blackpool centre and found the children's entertainment very good , the cabaret in the other room sounded very good but we were up to bed .
The weather during the day was very very warm and our room which small (double bed ) was roasting and found it hard to get to sleep ( a fan would have been welcome although tbs it was exceptional weather )
Next morning we went down to Breakfast and found loads of choice and good quality food .
Checked out and left .
Having to pay for parking when I assumed it would be in the price of stay.
Lack of away to keep cool in room in extreme heat room was very stuffy and very warm .
The staff were lovely ..was nice having the use of the pools and other facilities..the entertainment was really good and the breakfast was good ..to be honest the staff are the shining light at this hotel ..without them it would just be OK
Would of been nice if the bar at the outside pool was open and the toilets and changing rooms weren't closed for repair ..bit of a trek when you needed a drink or the loo ... could do with abit more variety on the lunch and evening menu ..it was pretty bog standard ..and if you don't like children running around screaming and being wild it's probably not the place for you ...seeing an adult so drunk they couldn't walk while having to console their crying scared child wasn't on my list of fun things to do whilst on holiday ..lifts were too small
Lovely hotel and staff
Little dated rooms
