I stayed for 2 nights but had to change rooms which wasn’t a problem but the first night I had a double bed verry comfortable second night a single bed not comfortable at all apart from the bed everything else was fine indoor and outdoor pools were both excellent the staff were verry helpful and friendly the breakfast was verry good the evening entertainment was ok and yes I would definitely stay again

Cleanliness around the pool area and at the front of the hotel.
Pool bar was never open for the duration of my stay.
Food serving times stopped too early for my liking.
No air con in the dining room.
Took my mate for her birthday. We was very surprised by how nice it was. We was on the top floor was very hot due to heat wave but the staff was more than accommodating by supplying an extra: will definitely visit again.
Lift was very slow. Slight price thank goodness for booking.com discount.
It was close to the attractions and well connected
The pool was dirty - water and sides and changing area.
Breakfast didn’t start until 8am but we needed to be out before then so only had fruit as an option when I’d paid for breakfast.
Very clean, extremely friendly, lovely food. Bonus having outdoor pool.

I enjoyed a nice swim in the morning before I went to work. It was strange having to cross the back ally in my swimming costume and flip flops whilst people were unpacking an truck load of kitchen stock 🙃
The were curley little black body hairs all in the bottom of the bath tub. The breakfast sausage was weird. They do not look or taste like that from the butchers where I live.

Great location, enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids entertainment was good in the evening. Breakfast was good.
The lift was noisy at night and I couod hear it in my room. Lots of squeaky floorboards and people noise at night. Some of the drawers hadn't been cleaned very well.
Absolutely perfect location away from the centre but close enough to get to if you wanted. Staff extremely helpful and friendly nothing to much trouble at all.
