it was a one night stay
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and the food and service was also very good

we had room 20 which was to warm for us as we could not open a window

Our stay was pleasant and hotel staff were well presented and polite.

It would have been nice to have been shown where the amenities were. Eg the pool area
Wasn’t happy with the £50.00 we had to pay as leverage for both nights we were there £100 for two nights. Thought the £50.00 was for entire stay.
You work out a budget for going away and paying the leverage lowers your spending.
I mentioned we had disabilities when I booked, yet they gave us a room with shower in bath that we couldn’t use.
If I had known some of the rooms had been updated I wouldn’t have asked for one.
Not enough plug sockets and one didn’t work at all.
Rust around handrail in bathroom and shoddy decorating
