Très bon séjour pour un déplacement professionnel
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très complet (salé, sucré, tout ce qu'il faut) et possibilité de commander un excellent café.
Bon restaurant, j'y suis allé tous les soirs. Prix corrects. Très pratique quand on vient pour le travail.
Personnel très sympathique et aidant.
Lit confortable, climatisation qui marche si besoin. Internet fonctionne bien.
Emplacement clé si on vient pour le travail. Bcp d'institutions accessibles à pied.

Cons:

Les chambres manquent un peu de déco et certains meubles sont un peu fatigués.
Le ou la chef pourrait proposer de la cuisine plus créative car il ou elle a la compétence pour!

Un séjour parfait au 5 swiss hôtel
Pros:

Magnifique établissement, où l’ensemble du personnel est adorable (les service d’entretien, de sécurité, à la réception, au bar et au restaurant, etc), très souriants, toujours serviables et arrangeants.
C’est un hôtel très cosy où l’on se sent bien et où l’on peut facilement discuter avec les gens. La propreté est irremplaçable et les chambres très confortables. L’emplacement est très bien aussi dans un quartier calme et sécurisé. Je recommande sans hésiter et conseille vivement d’y séjourner lors de votre séjour à Kigali.

Pros:

It was our 2nd time in the hotel. We love it. It is very well located, clean, rooms are confy, staff is great and does everything they can to help you. Breakfast is good also.

Comfortable, great staff, nice breakfast.

Cons:

I didn’t get hot water, so I couldn’t shower. It was late and I had just arrived from my international flight, so I just went to bed instead. In hindsight, I think I didn’t let the water run long enough- in the next lodge I stayed in, they explained that I had to let the water run 5-7 minutes, so maybe that was the problem.
