The location is excellent, two streets down to the beach. It is clean, pleasant and it has everything you need. Added bonus of a sweet little pool. Staff also helpful too.

La literie était confortable.
Déception par rapport aux photos de l’hôtel au moment de la réservation. La chambre n’était pas conforme à nos attentes. Tout était vieillissant, je trouve que la nuit est chère par rapport aux prestations de cet hôtel.

The Sea View Inn is ideally located in north Manhattan Beach just a few short blocks from the sand and from cafes, restaurants, and shops. Several rooms have beautiful ocean views or partial ocean views. They also have great amenities like a pool, bikes, boogie/surf boards, beach chairs and towels. If you’re expecting bougie rooms, you’ll be disappointed. The size of the rooms are good, but they are a bit run down. That said, you’re not paying for the Four Seasons, so it’s all good.

Nice people at the front desk. The Inn is pretty dated, the pictures looked better on line. The bed and pillows had seen better days and the bathroom fixtures worked and looked like I installed them. The faucet was loose, shower head was higher than normal luckily I was tall to grab the shower head. This Inn is definitely not handicap friendly, not sure how they get away with it, but maybe it’s grandfathered in. The best part about it, is the location. It’s right in the middle of the stores, restaurants and beach. If you’re looking for an okay place to stay in a great location, The Inn is it..
The hotel is in a great location, with a lively and vibrant atmosphere all around. The only major downside for us was the lack of a lift, which made carrying our luggage up to the second floor quite difficult.
Apart from that, it's an excellent no-frills hotel that offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for good hotel choice in quite , safe and in a convenient location and don't mind the stairs, it's a solid choice.

Storage for toiletries in the shower, like an over-the-showerhead caddy, would have been helpful!
