We arrived at 1;00 am and were ready for sleep, but the people above us kept me awake til 3
Pros:

Breakfast selection was very good. Staff member was busy cleaning the area as guests went through the line of food offerings.

Cons:

It was all good.

Pros:

Clean room, lovely pool and hottub and tasty breakfast.

Cons:

There was excessive noise coming from the room above us all night which took multiple phone calls to the front desk to get resolved.

Terrible Customer Service
Pros:

Nothing. We ended up having to cancel because of the snow and bad roads but still hit charged.

Cons:

That we were charged even though we couldn't travel, and there was nothing we could do to get there due to winter storms and bad driving conditions. I messaged and emailed the contact with zero response and I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I even asked if we could rebook for a different date, still with no response. We're planning travel now at the beginning of February and will be booking somewhere else instead.

Would come back for sure
Pros:

Location is good, the room fit my family perfectly, the breakfast was very good, the kids enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was helpful to save on costs.

Cons:

I didn't find anything wrong, the front desk guy even got me some milk when I was asking if their cooler of drinks had milk.

Cons:

Airport 호텔이라서 예약했는데 공항근처가 아니었슴.
사과가 곪은것들이 있어서 안먹었슴
방이좁고 새벽에 에어컨에서 소리가 나서 깨었슴
잠을 제대로 자지 못했슴

Pros:

Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

This hotel seems dreary and is not that clean. Bed cover was worn. Lighting in room was not great. I would not stay at this hotel again. It did not have the standard of a Best Western Plus at $179.00 per night before taxes.
