Everything was good, near convenience store & restaurant but the staff was not friendly at all. No greeting and smile to us.

Nice location were easy to go to anywhere in KK City

Disappointing, as the room was some sort smelly for an unknown cause, the TV was placed so high on the ceiling until is causes neck pain, can't bath or sleep peacefully as the electric trips and on and off with loud clicking noise every few minutes

Room cleanliness needs to be improved. toilet door needs repair. the management needs to monitor the room condition before it can be rented out.

Mine is super easy to get parking. Near with shops. There are night market infront of the hotel on wed. Nice bed. Big room. Comfortable. Not too clean but not too dirty. The aircond not functioning well. There are only one plug/power supply :)

room facing the nite market, good for observation. one thing that I was not satisfied is that this hotel do not have a lift service which I think it is a must for every hotel and to cater for any guest who has walking difficulty and also for the elderly

Upon check in, we were given the remote control for the aircond and TV. When we got to the room, we found 3 small pieces of soap and 3 sachets of shampoo. The water dispenser on the landing did not have water. On our second day, we were shocked to find that no housekeeping service was provided. The room was not cleaned, towels not changed, bed not made. In addition, wifi was not accessible in our room due to location! Not expecting a lot, but the basics is seriously not covered in this hotel.

I cant sleep bcoz the room very Bad and worst. There are Many Bed bugs. No mirror. so foul. I would Not go back to that hotel.

When I saw their photo at the internet I thought i mt was a nice hotel, only to find out that it is so dirty! As if they didnt clean my room! It smells like cigarette! Hair all over the floor of the bathroom! The bedsheet and Pillow is very dirty and smells bad! I paid for five nights but i couldn't take it so I transferred in other hotel because of its dirtiness. Thy didnt maintain the cleanliness of the place. The staff was okay. They're helpful. But I dont like the place. Very dirty and smells bad!!

Location is central. Plenty of eating place around. Near major shopping centres. Airport bus terminal is nearby. A night market in front. Hotel has no lift. Need to climb one storey of stairs to reception. Problem when you have heavy luggage. Overall value for money.
