Excellent stay for short business travel.
Pros:

Love the location. Very close to Putra Permai MRT station. No other budget hotel nearby that have this great facility. Easy for me to commute to and from airport and Putrajaya. Got great mamak restaurant nearby also.

Cons:

Need to keep up with maintenance like floorings in the rooms. Need to be strict with no smoking policy. Still can smell cigarette smoke from other rooms.
