Our private beach and outdoor pool will be open untill 15 Septmeber.

The facility organizes a private car and a driver from Samsun Çarşamba Airport. This service includes luggage assistance, escort to passport control and the use of luxury vehicles. Please note that this transfer service incurs an extra fee.

Please note that bringing outside food or drinks is not allowed. Food and drinks can be ordered from the on-site outlet store. For security reasons, cooking appliances cannot be used in the rooms.

Extra bed costs EUR 30. The request must be made at the reservation stage. The hotel will give positive or negative feedback depending on availability. There is no age restriction on extra beds and fees. Rollaway bed can only be arranged in Junior Deluxe, Deluxe Grand and Executive Suite Rooms.

Sheraton Braucht eigentlich keine gute Kommentare das ist eine marke was es an hotel gibt aber der resepsiyon mit Arbeiter war wirklich hochnäsig und nicht hinreichend hat mich sogar gefragt ich glaube sie bleiben zum ersten mal an einen Sheraton hotel komisch wie manche Menschen sind

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und üppig - grosses Buffet! Die Lobby war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und auch das Zimmer war sehr elegant. Man konnte den Strand (privat!) sehr gut erreichen, er lag gleich hinter dem Hotel neben dem Pool. Das war toll - Pool und Meerzugang. Wir genossen die Tage im Sheraton sehr!

Cons:

Die beiden Restaurants im Hotel (Fora Restaurant und Galya Kebab) waren beide sehr lecker, aber eher teuer. Dennoch waren es die einzigen beiden Restaurants, die vom Hotel her ohne Auto zu erreichen sind, denn das Hotel liegt ein bisschen abgelegen.

Relaxing and calming Sheraton hotel experience!
Pros:

Beautiful clean and large hotel with all the right amenities to relax and unwind. Awesome sauna! Staff are very professional and kind. Breakfast has many options. Will definitely come back!

Cons:

Slightly out of the city centre, not many close by options for restaurants.

Discrete luxury in Samsun
Pros:

Samsun is, in essence, the Capital of the Black Sea Coast in Türkiye. Its history ties in closely with that of the founding father of the country, Kemal Ataturk. It was here that Ataturk landed on 19 May 1919 to form his Army and fight the Turkish War of Independence. The car that he used after he landed sits proudly at the entrance of the Sheraton Hotel. An hotel he would have been proud of; impressed by its standard of service.

The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and welcoming with the overall atmosphere being one of relaxed informality.

Breakfast is certainly memorable with a wide variety of dishes on offer from freshly baked pide and hot pancakes to a very rich and varied mix of fruits, breads, pastries and dairy based produce.

My wife and I were both carrying a flu bug when we were there and the help from the team at the hotel was excellent. In particular, keeping us topped up with herbal tea, lemon and honey to salve our symptoms.

Thank you also to Teoman and the team on reception for all their help in making us feel at home, despite the fact we were under the weather.

My only negative, and why no 5th star, is down to the Fora restaurant that you can read about elsewhere under my profile.

We hope to return under more favourable circumstances and better health.

Η τοποθεσια δεν ειναι στο κεντρο αλλα σχετικά κοντά,το δωμάτιο μεγάλο και καθαρό το φαγητό καλό στο εστιατοριο.Γενικά οι παροχές του ήταν παρα πολυ καλές με 24 ώρες room service.

Μύριζε λίγο η αποχετευση του,στο μπάνιο.Η συνδεση wifi για κινητά Huawei ηταν αδυνατη

Cons:

This is a 5star hotel.
People from all over the world and different political views stay in this international chain hotel.
They have hundreds of TV channels and almost all turkish channels too, EXCEPT Tele1, HalkTV, Sozcu etc the ones that leftist half of Turkish citizens watch. 50% of country votes for left parties and these channels are ALL removed among channels on this hotel’s system.
You guys must be really ashamed of your fear of current government when removing those TV channels…
Sending an email to the headquarters of Sheraton and making this issue worldwide on social media adding their accounts.

Cons:

I was asked to pay a 1500TL as a deposit which they did return to me at check out, when I asked why they said it's the hotel policy, I believe it's an insult to any hotel guest, it's an indirect message that we don't trust you, I stayed in so many hotels including Sheraton in deferent locations including turkey and they never asked for such thing. They need to look into this policy. Last time in this particular Sheraton.
