The facility organizes a private car and a driver from Samsun Çarşamba Airport. This service includes luggage assistance, escort to passport control and the use of luxury vehicles. Please note that this transfer service incurs an extra fee.
Please note that bringing outside food or drinks is not allowed. Food and drinks can be ordered from the on-site outlet store. For security reasons, cooking appliances cannot be used in the rooms.
Extra bed costs EUR 30. The request must be made at the reservation stage. The hotel will give positive or negative feedback depending on availability. There is no age restriction on extra beds and fees. Rollaway bed can only be arranged in Junior Deluxe, Deluxe Grand and Executive Suite Rooms.

Our exceptional experience at the Sheraton Grand Samsun began even before we arrived. A few days prior to our stay, we received a warm and thoughtful welcome email from Front Office Manager, Mr. Ozkan Yuksek. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality immediately made us feel valued as guests.
As a Lifetime Marriott Platinum Elite member, our reservation was upgraded to a beautiful one-bedroom sea-view suite. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the Black Sea, making our stay even more special.
The hotel's location is excellent, situated directly along the waterfront with beautiful views and convenient access to the city's attractions. The breakfast each morning was outstanding offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious.
Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The level of customer service consistently exceeded our expectations and reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Ozkan Yuksek and the entire Sheraton Grand Samsun team for making our stay so memorable. Their hospitality went above and beyond, and they created an experience that our family will remember for years to come.

I stayed in this hotel for one night during a business trip. My room was spacious, modern, clean, had amazing views and offered a high quality sleep with a very comfortable bed. It was indeed exactly what I needed after a pretty busy and tiring day. I ordered room service for dinner and that was the only negative aspect of my stay: the club sandwich had nothing similar with traditional club sandwich except for the shape, so I didn't eat it. But the positive side is that the room service chief called me and asked me what I did not like and offered a different dish to compensate for that. This was a very nice gesture. The check-in and the check-out at the reception were both flawless. If you are not looking for a local experience, this is a nice choice to stay in Samsun.
