Our private beach and outdoor pool will be open untill 15 Septmeber.

The facility organizes a private car and a driver from Samsun Çarşamba Airport. This service includes luggage assistance, escort to passport control and the use of luxury vehicles. Please note that this transfer service incurs an extra fee.

Please note that bringing outside food or drinks is not allowed. Food and drinks can be ordered from the on-site outlet store. For security reasons, cooking appliances cannot be used in the rooms.

Extra bed costs EUR 30. The request must be made at the reservation stage. The hotel will give positive or negative feedback depending on availability. There is no age restriction on extra beds and fees. Rollaway bed can only be arranged in Junior Deluxe, Deluxe Grand and Executive Suite Rooms.

Cons:

Персонал. Бронировал отель из-за зарядной станции для авто в отеле. Разъем не подошел для авто, ладно. С собой всегда вожу шнур, который заряжает авто от обычной ракетки и потребляет очень мало, как зарядка для телефона. Мне просто не дали поставить на зарядку авто, ссылаясь на проблемы с электричеством. Останавливаться тут больше точно не буду

Zeer slechte service en het personeel is zeer onvriendelijk.

Cons:

Klantvriendelijkheid en service is verschrikkelijk. Schandalig hoe dit hotel gerund wordt. De kamers stinken naar rioolafvoer, er wordt gerookt op de gang door andere gasten, personeel is zeer onvriendelijk en het eten, specifiek de lunch en het avondeten is zwaar ondermaats.

De faciliteiten zijn goed, het eten is prima, wel duur

Cons:

Wij komen er al jaren. Het is nog steeds oké maar je merkt dat de kamers langzaam maar zeer duidelijk aan verjonging toe zijn. Veel is versleten. Indien dit niet wordt aangepakt zal ik er niet meer komen. Van een Sheraton verwacht ik beter meubilair in de kamers
