We had a truly memorable anniversary stay at The St. Regis Istanbul, and it completely exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
The service was outstanding right from the moment we arrived. Staff immediately met us at the taxi to handle our luggage, and on checkout day, they were equally attentive — insisting on transporting our luggage all the way to the waiting taxi. Throughout our stay, communication with the concierge and front desk via WhatsApp was incredibly quick, easy, and efficient.
The hotel itself is stunning. The lobby features beautiful contemporary art, a striking Laurence Jenkell sculpture, elegant orchid displays, and a warm, luxurious ambiance. Our room was impeccable, with a modern marble bathroom and a fantastic rain shower.
What really stood out was how warm and personable the entire staff was — from the general team to the friendly team at the breakfast restaurant. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome.
Breakfast on the terrace was delicious (the waffles with fresh fruit were a highlight!), and the personal touch that made our anniversary extra special was receiving a beautiful heart-shaped cake with a thoughtful handwritten note from the Butler Team congratulating us.
