ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT
Pros:

Nice hotel but air-conditioning was too cold in first room and too hot in 2nd room...thermostates don't work properly IMO..great breakfast n supa comfy room...overall excellent but aircon...needs upgrading

Cons:

Air con..needs upgrading so thermostats work in room...rooftop dining slow n more efficiency needed..could be amazing if they made area more gorge...food was ok..but only 1 chef...????

Good not great
Pros:

The breakfast service staff was attentive and great

Cons:

Wanted to make an international call from.the front desk which all properties i have been to allows. But they said that they cannot which is surprising that the front desk cannot contact a foreign guest. Lies told really tarnished my view since I have worked at hotels and that is not the case and raddison been an international brand unacceptable

A great stay in Agra. Pricing was fair & facilities were great. Staff were very polite & ready help
Pros:

I liked that it was clean and there was a variety of food to choose from and not just Indian

Cons:

I think the room cleaning could be better. Also on our last breakfast, two staff were arguing in front of us guests. I may not have understood what was being said but the argument was very obviously heated. I think this should never happen in front of guests. Hope it can be addressed

Pros:

Das Radisson Hotel Agra hat einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Bereits an der Rezeption wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit der Aussicht auf Taj Mahal. Das war sehr beeindruckend. Besonders gut hat uns das Restaurant gefallen. Das Essen war lecker und von guter Qualität, mit einer schönen Auswahl an indischen und europäischen Gerichten. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen!
