Pros:

Lovely lobby . Upgraded to a better suite. Still had a nice view of the Taj Mahal. Nice big comfy bed. Good choice of places to eat.

Cons:

Rather tired rooms. Had a water leak from celing. It was dealt with quickly but recurred.

Pros:

This is a 3 star property that likes to think its 4 star. The problem is that it basically is a one or two night stop for coach parties. The bedrooms are reasonable and mine was clean. But the public area was a disaster. It is basically one immense space broken by a coffee shop type restaurant. Ours was thankfully just a one night stay. The food was awful while a live Indian band made one's head throb as they wailed throughout dinner. Breakfast was a bit better. The roof pool cafe also had recorded music blaring out and only Indian cuisine. Forget romantic views of the Taj as the city is wreathed in pollutant smog which the locals like to dismiss as "fog".

The property was very good. Even the view from the properties. Rooftop was very lovely.

Cons:

The staff member on the rooftop restaurant was very rude to me. He didn’t offered us water or table when I asked for a table. He first ask me that if you are buying anything, then we will provide you a table. Otherwise, we are not providing your table, anyhow, we got a table, then he didn’t offered us Water and he was so rude in talks, then forcefully we have to buy some drinks to sit on that table on the rooftop restaurant that was very unprofessional. Behaviour can’t expect these things from a reputable hotel Chain.
