Fraude in the mini bar item, charging 10th times more of the item worth
Cons:

They have some nuts and chips over the mini fridge. They don’t put any price tag on it. Later they charged me thousands for those nuts which worth on 150₹ - 200₹. In payment receipt they don’t event mention what they are charging for. Just mini bar item 1 mini bar item 2. Very bad strategy for charging extra. At least be honest and put a price tag. And don’t charge 10th time more of product worth.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Very nice hotel with great facilities according to international standards! The staff was always there for you with a kind smile and professionalism!!! Special thanks to our concierge Mr. Anil and the receptionists and restaurant team!

Cons:

Maybe the breakfast buffet could include a wider variety of intercontinental food.

Calm and great view of Taj. Worth it!
Pros:

Great view for Taj Mahal, and the very good staff. Bhavay , sudip, salam and aman were very helpful with the service for checkin and check out. They were also helpful guiding us about the hotel facilities like restarent.
