Sudeep from reservation was very helpful, thanx for his hospitality.
Hotel was great and room was also very spacious and beautiful with taj view. I enjoyed my stay. Once again thanx to the team. Sachin from front desk took my check in which was smooth.

Overall, a great stay. Thank you, Team Radisson Agra, for the wonderful hospitality.
Pros:

The property is located in a great area - close to the Taj Mahal! The breakfast was good, and I really enjoyed the overall vibe of the breakfast space.There were no issues with the room at all. Everything was perfectly set and comfortable. On the day of checkout, we had plans to visit a few sites in the morning. Since checkout was at 12 PM, we realized it would be difficult to return in time due to the crowd/traffic. I called reception and spoke with Vishal, who kindly allowed us a late checkout. Thanks to him, we were able to complete our sightseeing, which was truly a once in a lifetime experience, without any stress or the need to rush back to vacate the room. He was extremely helpful and friendly, both during check in and throughout our stay. we are very grateful to him for his support.

Cons:

There were just two minor issues. First, the happy hour listed on Booking.com was mentioned as being until 6 PM, but at the hotel we were told it ended at 5 PM. This was later resolved and extended to 6 PM for us, but it would be helpful if this is clarified to avoid confusion for future guests.

Second, there are several contact numbers listed for the hotel on Google, but none of them were reachable. This made it difficult to get in touch while we were outside the hotel. It would be great if this could be looked into, as it would help other guests trying to contact the property.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Bed sheets were a bit old and it’s hard to tell if they are completely clean for a 5 stars hotel.

For a Radisson hotel, the cleanliness was very disappointing. The towels had an unpleasant smell and didn’t look very clean. In the buffet area, one of the staff members from the kitchen approached us asking for a tip, and we were asked for tips twice during or stay. This made the experience uncomfortable and definitely not what I expected from a hotel of this brand.
