The staff is good and our room has a problem with the TV, the staff keeps coming and fixing it.. the room is old school but comfortable, my children are comfortable and enjoy it.. but the room does not provide coffee or tea packets, only bath soap, shampoo, towels.. iron is not provided.. but comfortable, if I go again I will go to this hotel again

Very old hotel and need major renovation especially the toilets.

Excellent service from all staff especially tunin and Charlie. Room very clean. Will definitely come back.

Very near to hawker stalls, 7-Eleven, and Diana shopping mall (about 10minutes walk). About 10-15 walk to Lee Garden. Clean and spacious room. Wifi connection is quite stable. But rooms quite rundown.

Good room

This Merridian Hotel is average stay for small family. This is an old hotel, the location is Ok, it cost only 40 baths to go to Lee Garden Night Market street with TukTuk. There is a night food street just corner of the left street, 7-eleven also within walking distance.

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Clean the room daily. Not far from central Hatyai. Mostly we went around by walking. Nice room and not noisy. Reasonable price. Halal restaurants at walking distance.

Room was a bit rundown but value for money. It was clean and the internet connection was great. Hotel staff were also friendly. There are food stall,coffee shops and 7 eleven shop nearby just around the corner of the road so it is convenient for dinner.

I have stayed this hotel two night . I booked a Family Triple Room , which is one king size bed and one single bed.
Friendly receptionist and helpful, the room is clean but my single bed have bug...
My arm bit by bug 4 days already, still swelling and itching...

I have been stay in this hotels few times, but this was the first time I booked the hotel myself and stayed with my family. The service is very good, room comfortable, and near lots of MUST VISIT PLACE( ASEAN trade bazaar, Kim Yong market and etc.) I highly recommend this hotel although it is not five star, it is comfortable to stay and safe to stay.

This hotel is located at the downtown of hatyai. Ordinary hotel and facilities are well-maintained. Staffs are helpful so far I met. 15-20 minutes walking distance to lee's garden and Kim Yong market. No worry, this hotel provided tuk tuk service with only 20baht/trip. If you are fine with walking, I suggest to walk to central town, then you can enjoy the street view and discover some nice foods as well. 7-11 just around the corner, not hard to find food. Pay less stay to max

1.4km away from Hatyai Train Station, get a tuk2 at 20B/pax. Some charged 80B!
Muslim halal restaurant just opposite the hotel. Check the price before order as no prices were shown on the menu.
Aircord was cold, WHITE bedsheet and pillow cases (thumbs up), but the shower curtain with darkspot..eww
someone (neighbour i guess) drag the furniture at 12am! then running around.. that sound make you cant sleep well

Value for money, with a 4 star amenities. Located 20 minutes away from City centre. Transport such as tuk-tuk, private taxi is available upon request. Restaurant and lift services available and friendly staffs. Free Wifi slower in rooms.

華僑系の独立ホテルです。駅からだと30分は歩く距離です。空港からのVANだと道順から初めに止まってくれるケースが多いです。部屋は広めです。WIFIも早くて助かる。部屋には全室灰皿完備。近くにコンビニは無いが、ホテルの前の小売り屋さんにビール、氷など売っているので便利。周りにはレストランが多く、人気店も多くあるので食事も困らないです。次回のここに泊まる予定

The bell boy was rude. He behaved very rude and bad thinking we will not tip him. In fact we wanted to but seeing his behavior, we decided not to tip. However the other staff were really helpful. The room service was very good.
