my three nights stay generally is good except with the water supply cut on the 3rd day morning.
Pros:

Cleanliness, near to the ferry point. Friendly counter staff.

Cons:

on the third day, we woke up with no water supply. the management should have monitored the level of water in the water tank all the time to ensure that there should not be a cut in the water supply. It caused much inconvenience when we need to use the toilet in the morning and to wash our body before going out to our destinations.

Good location. Poor internet availability and connectivity.
Pros:

Location was good for accessing Ferry, restaurants and local art district

Cons:

Very inconsistent and unreliable wifi, making this hotel unacceptable for anyone needing working internet connectivity.

Its good to be back again
Pros:

the room is good, spacious and clean. Parking is ok, as we are sharing with Victoria Garden. Need to walk a bit to Hotel 19. But it is ok. Just walkable to tourist attraction, Chew, Clan Jetty, Armenian Street, Kapitan Nasi Kandar. Masjid Kapitan Keling.

Hotel yang strategik berdekatan dengan segala kemudahan untuk perlancongan
Pros:

Senuanye berkaitan dengan kemudahan yang disediakan didalam bilik

Cons:

Parking kenderaan disebabkan adanya pembinaan di lot sebelah tetapi masih lagi percuma jika semuanya faham dengan langkah yang disediakan oleh pihak pengurusan

Satisfactory and much more good than bad
Pros:

Great location by ferries and buses. BBC is its English TV channel. Good sized room. Comfortable bed and linen. Good room service daily with replenished supplies. Fridge good (and already plugged in unlike some hotels!). Nice sink benchtop in the spacious bathroom.

Cons:

Temperature of water in shower only just warm enough on maximum heat setting. To use the hot water jug you have to scramble under the desk and use it on the floor as plug is low near floor. Can hear noise in hallway easily.

near the ferry terminal
Pros:

立地がフェリー乗り場の目の前　徒歩1分で超便利
フェリー乗り場前には、市内巡回バスも停まっていたので便利

Cons:

スタッフの対応は人によって差あり
超親切な人もいれば、不愛想な人もいた
非があるわけではないが、こんなもんだと割り切ったほうがよい
