Ayara Grand Palace Hotel

You get what you pay for. This is only a 3 * hotel so don’t expect perfection. I was down by the pool and it was very dark. Wi-fi very patchy and breakfast cold

駅から歩いて５分ぐらいです。ただし線路を横切って歩いた場合です。私はスーツケースを持って歩きました。線路の反対側に市場やレストランがありました。良いホテルでした。

A bit out dated but the overall service and accommodations was good.

We booked one night stay here while passing through Phitsanulok to fly back to Bangkok, the name sounds very grand, but the price should be a dead giveaway, there is nothing remotely ‘grand or palace’ like here, it’s acceptable for one night though, we arrived and parked our car and probably didn’t have high expectations, check in was straightforward and fairly quick, which was appreciated after a 5 hour drive from Chiang Mai, a guy then followed us to our car with a luggage trolley, the comedy value was that my husband had to advise that he put our suitcases on first and not our hand luggage at the bottom, he then managed to somehow race us up in the lift and be waiting outside our room for us to arrive.
The room decor can best be described as quirky, the bathroom has a modern blue glass wash basin, but a white plastic shower curtain, there is red lighting on the ceiling, some brightly coloured wall painting, satin curtains, orange cushions, and the once white but now grey towels arranged on the bed.
Whether you set the aircon to 17 or 30 degrees, it will still blow out an arctic blast of cold air that is too uncomfortable to leave switched in for more than a few minutes.
However the room is cleanish.
We decided against using the pool, as there was feathers and bird mess in the water and what appeared to be a turd on the bottom of the pool and we weren’t prepared to take the risk of finding out if it was the case or not.

Alles im Normalbereich, nichts absolut herausragend, aber auch nichts negatives. Nicht stylisch, eher konservativ.
Frühstück ist vielfältig und gut.
Lage optimal. Alles fussläufig erreichbar, z.B. Bahnhof, Zentrum, Nachtmarket u.ä..
Der Fan im Klimagerät ist laut und auch nicht auf eine übliche Minimaldrehzahl regelbar.

While cheap this was not a hotel that I would recommend - had to ask twice for toilet paper was in a room down by the pool that wasn't well maintained and had water pooling outside my room door!

Ruhig, gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, leise Klimaanlage.
Frühstücksbuffet sowohl Thai als auch Western mit verschiedenen Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum in Gehdistanz.
Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, sah sauber aus aber wenig einladende Atmosphäre.

Llegamos a las 5 de la mañana en tren nocturo y nos dejaron entrar ya a la habitación, lo cual agradecimos mucho. Ubicado a menos de 10 minutos de la estación de tren. El precio de la cena fue excesivo para lo que ofrecian en el buffet.

Wir waren für 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel macht einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Parkplätze für Autos sind auf dem Hotelgelände reichlich vorhanden .Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und Geschmackssache. In unserem Zimmer ging der Safe nicht weil er ohne Strom ( Batterien fehlten) war. Die Leselampe am Bett hat zwar funktioniert aber der Ausschalter war defekt, sodass Sie immer leuchtete. Im grossen und ganzen aber OK. Frühstück war in Ordnung und man wurde satt. Nun zu schlimmsten Teil dieses Berichtes und warum wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen können. Der Poolbereich war das allerletzte, es gab eine Plastikliege ( gebrochen ) und 3 Plastikstühle welche total vergilbt waren. Die Sauberkeit des Pools war unter aller Sau. Ich weiss nicht wann der das letzte mal gereinigt wurde aber das muss schon sehr lange her sein. Die Umwälzpumpe lief nicht sodass das Wasser nicht gefiltert wurde. Vom Gefühl her war der Pool kurz vorm umkippen. Da ich Raucher bin und an die Gepflogenheiten des Landes halte, wäre es auch schön im Aussenbereich einen Sitzbereich und Aschenbecher zu haben. Ein oder zwei Mülleimer im Außenbereich wären auch nicht schlecht.
Ein Hotel welches einen Hygienebereich wie den Pool so verdrecken lässt, verdient es nicht weiterempfohlen zu werden.

Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral gelegen aber es gibt keine Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel oder TukTuk vor Ort. Der Fussmarsch vom Hotel zum Nachtmarkt beträgt ca. 20 min.

There was a party organizing certain at the day we arrive. So it's not that what we wanted & never been noticed before. Others facilities are fine and acceptable as a normal 3 stars hotel.

Just be aware that they have 2 prices for Thai and foreigners on the drinks menu, out of principle I would not stay here again

Hotel ist ganz in Ordnung. Nicht weit davon entfernt sind verschiedene Gar Küchen, welche wir nur empfehlen können.
Preis Leistung stimmt beim Hotel.

hotels was non-responsive to concerns about basic maintenance

Saubere schönes Hotel wenn man diese Art Hotels mag. Ich persönlich empfinde es unangenehm in Luxus zu wohnen wenn das Umfeld welches auf Jotel sieht die Möglichkeit nicht hat.

Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht regeln und ist für die Preisklasse etwas laut.

Das Thaifrühstück ist schmackhaft, wenn auch für klassische Thailandtouristen gemacht.

This is a traditional Thai hotel. It has been upgraded but kept its traditional feel. Some staff are excellent others not so. Great if you have a car as it has space but isolated from the main city area by the railway line.

こんな田舎町で1泊1000Bですからこの程度の接尾は当然だと思います。大通りまで出ればたいがいの店はあります。この周りには「鳩」しか居ません。たくさんの鳩の鳴き声で目が覚めます。たとえ５～６分でも車のない旅行者にとって日中に外を歩くのは大変です。
