Roçando tradicional, tem onse e vistas lindas para o lago, infelizmente me tocaram dias de chuva e não consegui apreciar o monte fuji

Algo velho
O futton não é confortável para dormir, não entregan lenço para te cubrir pelo q entendi era para te cubrir com o próprio futton
Não oferecem água nem cafe como observei em outras hospedagem

Typisch japanisch mit Onzen
Pros:

Das Personal war mehr als zuvorkommend. Selbst die Schwierigkeit, dass man kein Fleisch ist, wurde mit liebevoller Gastfreundlichkeit umgesetzt. Danke noch einmal.

Pros:

Amazing location , the onsen was amazing and we could see Fuji from our room! Very happy indeed.

Cons:

We booked for our anniversary dinner to be in the hotel, the most expensive meal we had in our whole trip in Japan which wouldn’t have been an issue at all as the meal was lovely but there was a big school function right next to the dinning area, it was so loud we couldn’t enjoy our romantic dinner. We would have gone somewhere else if we were told we were seated next to that.

Pros:

The 2 rooms i got was clean and comfortable, i think room renovation is good. Since i got 2 rooms because we are 7 people staying for 2 nights , the first night is facing the beautiful Kawaguchi, i asked the hotel information if i can have atleast 1 rm facing Mt Fuji for the next day, but unfortunately he told me that i need to add 1500yen for each person. And so i didn’t at all. Thanks anyway.

Pros:

Located right on the lake side, We walked to the hotel from the station, there also bus that goes around the area, too. the room we stayed was Japanese style and well maintained including the public bath.

Cons:

They charge for ice cube.

The natural bath, the location near Fuji. The view to the lake.
It was a very traditional place, very nice to experience Japanese culture.
Very close to the teleferic

Cons:

Le service à la clientèle. On a pas eu droit à la navette car pas au bonne heures selon le personnel. Si on offre une navette, on offre une navette qui convient aux clients. Le petit déjeuner était très Japonais. Il pourrait y avoir un petit à côté plus international. J'Ai acheté sur place 2 jours de petit déjeuners et après le premier j'ai voulu canceller celui du lendemain. On m'a répondu , c'est impossible. J'ai argumenter en disant que eux nous demande de réserver à L'Avance et moi si je veux canceller à l'avance c'est impossible? Une autre personne s'est occuper de dire ok on va vous rembourser....Je n'aurais pas dû être obliger d'argumenter. Aussi pour les serviettes , si on utilise nos serviettes pour aller au bain et que l'on veut en avoir d'autre il faut payer.....

Pas insonorisé. On entendait le moindre bruit à l’interieur et l'extérieur.
C’est vieux. Un bourdonnement constant, sans doute le moteur de la climatisation.
Et je trouve que c’est beaucoup trop cher pour ce c’est.
