The view from our room are incredible!! can view the lake and Mt Fuji from our room! The hotel is near the lakeside, we can have a small walk during our stay, it is really relax and comfortable place to stay in...

Cons:

Erm, something that I don't really understand is their shuttle service procedure... we put our large luggage in the storage locker in the station and we walk to the hotel with our small cabin luggage.. arrived at the hotel, im requesting to follow their shuttle van(empty passenger) to the station to pick up the luggage, but the staff told me that I have to walk back my self to the station and ask the information counter to call them for the shuttle service arrangement... hmmm... I just don't understand that I already at the hotel and making arrangements with them directly, and they still wanted me to walk back myself and ask the information staff to call them for the arrangement...

La vue sur le Mont Fuji est absolument magnifique — probablement la raison principale de choisir cet hôtel, encore faut il avoir la bonne chambre.

Cons:

Pour le reste, l’expérience est plus contrastée. À mon arrivée, on m’a expliqué que pour deux nuits il n’était “pas nécessaire” de faire le ménage. Une approche… surprenante.
J’avais également signalé mes allergies alimentaires, mais l’information n’a pas été transmise ..

Concernant l’envoi de bagages, l’hôtel ne propose pas ce service, ce qui peut s’entendre, mais un peu plus d’accompagnement ou d’orientation aurait été apprécié. Dommage, car avec un accueil plus chaleureux et attentif, l’établissement pourrait être à la hauteur de sa vue exceptionnelle.

温泉が無ければ３泊前払いした後でも１泊で退散した。

開運の湯がこの旅行の目的を達成させてくれた。

Cons:

部屋を開けた途端2組の布団で占められていて椅子が一つ。こんな狭い部屋は初めて。どこに行くにも布団の上を通って。。リュックサックの置き場もなくすべての荷物はバスルームへ。幸い温泉が良かったのでバスルームは使わず。
朝食は２９５０円で期待していたが、飯、みそ汁、小さな肉団子の煮物と小鉢が６個。ビジネスホテルの１５００円のほうがずっと良いと思った。

Pros:

We got the Japanese style rooms which was cool to experience. It was amazing to wake up to an incredible view of Mt Fuji. The lake is right across the road which is beautiful. The onsen facilities were great too!

Cons:

Location wasn’t super convenient even to find places to eat at night, although there is a sightseeing bus that comes around every 20mins, but we just mainly walked everywhere. The hotel shuttle bus only runs three times in the morning and during check in time so not super helpful if you need to get to the station at other times.

当日予約でしたがとても綺麗に富士山も見え施設は古いですが部屋はリフォームしたてでとても綺麗でした
