Very nice outside onsen!
Bright, big room.
Nice bathroom.
The guy at the front desk told us to wait half an hour for a shuttle, even though I asked to order a taxi. He told us he couldn’t order one and just seemed too lazy to do it, telling me to get the app and call one myself. Arranging a taxi should be one of the most basic things a hotel desk helps you with. Kawaguchiko is a major tourist town, taxis and transport help are absolutely expected here.
We also requested a twin room with split beds, but they were pushed together when we arrived. While separating them myself, I found many hairs and a lot of dust between the beds. When I asked if they could clean it, the same guy seemed annoyed, though we did come back to a clean room
There was a weird rumbling noise outside the window the entire time, making it hard to sleep.
Request veggie options for breakfast if needed, as there are almost none at the prepared breakfast.
The hotel is pretty run-down and old, and smelled like years of cigarette smoke stored in the floors and walls.
Close to main area of town and the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful
The building is quite outdated, and the room smelt old and dusty. We had to leave our windows open all day to let some fresh air in, but even then the smell wouldnt budge.
Location by the lake was great and our room had a great view of Mt Fuji
Hotel is showing its age although it's clean
I saw that in the comments but I thought they were exaggerating, the location is great just by the lake my room had a Mount Fuji view, that depends on the weather of course, I was lucky to have a mostly clear view early in the morning, the staff in the restaurant was amazing.
The property it self is too old
Location and view from room.
Not a value for the price charged.

Location, stop 6 of the Red line, walking distance from the Ropeway.
The onsen facility was great.
The view from room 301, lake on one and Mount Fuji on the other side!
The restaurant: haute cuisine and very attentive service (even though I barely ate cuz they don't cater to vegetarians with this sort of cooking style).
The tatami in our room was either badly worn out or dirty. Can't say. The ventilation system in our toilet was defective. We kept getting cigarette smoke and kitchen smell in room from it. The first yukata and a face towel we found in the room were dirty but when we informed the staff they were immediately replaced.
スタッフの対応最高です。
温泉の混雑状況をリアルタイムでわかればもっといいとおもいます!
