not pleasant at all

the location is not too bad... near to the lake

Cons:

it is ridiculous that we need to pay for the onsen even if we don't want it. on top of that they make us paid extra as they insist that we didn't put the children's age. the receptionist who is a Japanese gentleman don't even speak simple English and he had to use google translate to communicate with us. ON top of that, he was not friendly and yet put up an angry face while helping us with the check in. Luckily there is nicer guy who is able to speak English helped us to check in and explain clearly to us the breakdown of the hotel charges.

la vista migliore che una struttura possa offrire sul monte Fuji e sul lago kawaguchiko
Pros:

la posizione, il parcheggio gratuito la vicinanza al lago e la vista direttamente sul fuji. la stanza ricorda un tipico ryokan giapponese ma posto in una struttura moderna anche se un po' agee. i futon erano comodissimi e la onsen privata è stata provvidenziale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di trekking molto faticosa. la sola vista sul monte fuji è valsa fino all'ultimo ¥ pagato.

Cons:

non aver potuto pagare la stanza per una persona. sono stato obbligato a pagare per 2 pur essendo solo. ma come detto sopra per la vista avrei pagato anche di più(allego foto solo per rendere meglio l'idea della magnifica posizione della stanza).
