• The guest paid for an upgraded room on a higher floor for a better view but instead faced an empty construction lot.

• The room was small, and the bathroom vanity lacked space, forcing the guest to move between areas to do makeup.

• The hairdryer was missing a nozzle and was very basic, and by the time a replacement was offered, the guest no longer had time to use it.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful, comfortable stay
Pros:

The property was very clean and smelled so good. It was in a perfect location since my friend and I were going for NYE. Great view and walking distance from the bars and restaurant that we went to. Amazing and can’t wait to stay there again.

Cons:

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything was 10!

Very nice staff and overall hotel, pet friendly, expect over an extra $100 added for just parking
Pros:

Loved the location! It was in walking distance to everything or a short car ride

Cons:

The car parking is terrible . There’s no where to really park that’s accessible if you want to go exploring so you basically have to use their valet which compared to the room rates is exorbitant.
