Hyvä paikka yöpyä.
Pros:

Monipuolinen aamiainen, aktiviteetit saman katon alla, kahvila/ravintolan tarjonta monipuolinen.
Huone oli siisti, sekä tosi iso. Meillä koko perhe mahtui samaan huoneeseen ja jäi vieläkin tilaa. Huoneessa monipuolinen varustelu.

Pros:

Todo! La habitación muy grande y cómoda para 2 niños y 2 adultos. Lo único que podría faltar para estar al 100% completo es un pequeño fuego para cocinar, pero tienen restaurante con precios varios. El hotel es enorme con muchas instalaciones sobretodo para niños es perfecto. El personal muy amable, incluso la que nos atendió nos habló en español. La ubicación perfecta cerca de Rovaniemi , cerca de Santa claus Village y de todos los puntos de interés.

Disappointed with the lack of help from staff
Pros:

This was our first night of a wee in Finland and it was disappointing. The location was ok

Cons:

As mentioned once staff twice, it was almost impossible to sleep. There was so much noise and the banging from room above was constant. They told us at reception they had a life hockey team staying but it ruined it for us as a family and we had two very tired children on our first night.

Excellent stay . We loved it and can visit again :)
Pros:

The rooms were spacious & very clean . The facilities were even more better like a big fun play area for kids, swimming pool with thermal bath . Bowling facility in the hotel . The food at the cafe was also delicious. We saw Northern lights just 2 mins away right across the property 😍

Cons:

Everything was good only if the timings of the pool can be increased on weekends , one can enjoy the facility more.

“كان هذا السكن جميلًا جدًا. الغرف والبطانيات نظيفة، والحمّامات يوجد بها شطّاف وساونا. الإفطار رائع جدًا، وخاصة الكيكة الفنلندية بالتوت، والقهوة السمراء، والخبز الطازج. كل شيء متوفر. كما يوجد كوفي في الأسفل بجلسات هادئة. الموظفون لطيفون جدًا.يوجد مغسلة ملابس في فناء الفندق

זה לא מלון. זאת אכסניה לספורטאים. צריך לפנות את המגשים של ארוחת הבוקר הדלה ולציין את הכלים, הטוש במקלחת משפריץ לכל החדר לכן יש גם מגב במקלחת מראש. אין אף טיפת פינוק או נוחות. אם לא מבקשים לא מסדרים חדרים, אין אפילו טלפון בחדר כדי לפנות לקבלה

Pros:

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Santa Sport hotel,thank you! We got our rooms with the best view on a snowy forest,thank you! We enjoyed all: our rooms,sauna,breakfast,swimming pool and gym!Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was very good,close to view tower and not far from city centre and Ounasvaara ski resort.
