זה לא מלון. זאת אכסניה לספורטאים. צריך לפנות את המגשים של ארוחת הבוקר הדלה ולציין את הכלים, הטוש במקלחת משפריץ לכל החדר לכן יש גם מגב במקלחת מראש. אין אף טיפת פינוק או נוחות. אם לא מבקשים לא מסדרים חדרים, אין אפילו טלפון בחדר כדי לפנות לקבלה

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Santa Sport hotel,thank you! We got our rooms with the best view on a snowy forest,thank you! We enjoyed all: our rooms,sauna,breakfast,swimming pool and gym!Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was very good,close to view tower and not far from city centre and Ounasvaara ski resort.

Incroyable, super surprise dans un lieu féerique
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé.
De la chambre avec séchoir, kitchenette, la salle de bain et biensur les lits très confortables.
Le petit déjeuner et le repas "incroyable" pour reprendre le terme des enfants.
L´accès à la piscine avec ces différents bains, sauna ont ravis la famille autant tôt le matin avant de débuter la journée, qu´après une journée passée en extérieur.
Le bowling en famille en soirée était magnifique.
Sachant que tout se trouve dans le même complexe.
Les randonnées sont juste à la sortie de l´hôtel.
Piste de luges et tant d´autres activités que nous n´avons pas forcément eu le temps de pratiquer.
Vous l´avez compris, nous sommes ravis du lieu et également du personnel très aimable et pro actif : par exemple proposer de commander un taxi pour nous à notre départ, le cuisinier qui prend le temps de nous expliquer les plats au buffet...

Cons:

No lo recomiendo salvo que sean deportistas y vayan a entrenar. El desayuno muy pobre y a veces no reponen las cosas. El 29 fuimos a desayunar a las 9.30 hs y no había panes en ninguna canasta y pedis y te dicen ya no hay o espere y no reponen. Los traen s los 20 minutos y a las 10 en punto levantan todo tan rápido que se les caen las cosas y a los 3 minutos ponen las ensaladas para el mediodía. No limpian. Tenes que pedir que lo hagan. Los bolos el huesped no puede jugar casi en ningún momento porque vienen todas las personas de afuera y eso que se paga. Las cajas de seguridad están en una piesita tan sucia que te da asco entrar y en ese lugar se dejan las maletas . Entran y salen y nadie controla nada es un basurero. Nada recomendable por el precio que se paga, la atención no es buena en casi ninguna parte del hotel

Hotel przyjazny rodzinom z dziećmi, pokoje rodzinne są wielkości niedużego mieszkania, dobrze wyposażone m. in. w zmywarkę, mikrofalówkę, sztućce, lodówkę. Czystość na wysokim poziomie, serwis pokojowy na życzenie. W samym hotelu dostępne sporo atrakcji dla dzieci. Z sali zabaw wszyscy bardzo zadowoleniu

Cons:

Śniadania mogłyby być lepszej jakości, choć być może to kwestia smaku. Na basenie tłoczno. Poza tym większych wad nie doświadczyłem.
