Das ganze Ambiente des Hotels, der schöne Garten, das Schwimmbad sowie das Restaurant gleich nebenan. In diesem haben wir gegessen und zwar hervorragend mit sehr netter Bedienung. Das Frühstück im Hotel war auch wirklich sehr zufriedenstellend und gut!

Wir hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und boten genügend Platz zum Entspannen. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die ruhige Atmosphäre.
Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und frisch - von warmen Speisen bis hin zu frischem Obst war alles dabei. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag.
Auch die Lage ist ideal: zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und vielen Restaurants in der Nähe.

Le personnel au petit soin, la chambre avec balcon et machine à café , le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse 🥰, hôtel magnifique avec piscine et jardin 🤩 excellent emplacement et avec passe gratuit pour le bus + 50% entrée Blausee et rabais pour remonter mécaniques ( Oeschinensee) 🥰

Comfy clean rooms. Close to the trail for hiking and great breakfast.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum und der Preis inklusive gutes Frühstück.

O hotel tem mesmo a cara da Suíça, os móveis, a arquitetura. Amamos o local, vista para as montanhas e dentro de uma cidade maravilhosa que é Kandersteg. O café da manhã é bem farto e dispõe de comidas deliciosas. Na recepção as meninas tentavam falar o português, e isso nos ajudou muito também.

Franchement, tout était nickel du début à la fin.
Le service des filles à l’accueil était exceptionnel, rarement vu un accueil aussi chaleureux et professionnel.
La piscine chauffée était parfaite, très agréable après une journée dehors.
Le petit buffet du petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec beaucoup de choix.
Et la vue sur les montagnes et les petites cascades était juste magnifique.
Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter, j’y retournerai avec plaisir.

The double comfort rooms are roomy and comfortable although the beds were not the most comfortable. The half board booking was a disaster - we were the only family to utilize it and it took over 2 hours to simply receive underwhelming soup, salad (if you can call it that) and meal - and we were the only patrons! Very disappointing and the hotel, while acknowledging the circumstance, did nothing to make up for the very poor service. This is a beautiful hotel and we really love the atmosphere, balcony and ambience, but the rooms are not soundproof nor do they appear to have air conditioning. Our breakfast orders were also not cooked as requested and got confused and we ended up with orders not matching our requests. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool was a key highlight and we enjoyed it very much. Upon checkout, the hotel's system was declining cards and at first we were told it was our problem, but after asking the agent to reboot their devices they finally started getting errors on their system - not our cards. At first we were asked to use an ATM down the street to get cash to pay for our rooms! I believe we probably ran into a few more issues than most people do staying at this hotel. Overall we really loved the facility, the staff, and especially the location and views!
