Die Lage des Hotels ist super.
Die Nähe zum Dorf.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich .

Cons:

Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht überein.
Das Mobiliar ist alt und ungepflegt. Es gab keine Ablage für die Garderobe.
Die Abflüsse im Badezimmer sind komplett verschmutzt. Das Duschen in der Wanne solte durch eine Antirutschmatte erleichtert
werden. Die Decke im Bad hat Schimmelflecken. Der Lüfter war defekt.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Très bel emplacement avec un magnifique panorama. le personnel est sympathique et chaleureux. Les chambres sont confortables et suffisamment équipées

Cons:

L'emplacement du petit déjeuner est assez serré. selon sa table, on est obligé de déranger les personnes assises ou être déranger à notre tour.

L'hôtel est très bien placé par rapport au village. Le parking est gratuit. Le personnel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux et bon.. ni La chambre était très propre.

La décoloration et le bâtiment font un peu vieillot.

Pros:

L'hotel est bien localisé à l'entrée de Gruyère, vu que le village fait grosso modo 500m de long vous accéderez donc facilement à tous les lieux touristiques.
Le petit déjeuner est aussi bien copieux et beaucoup de choses sont proposées.

Cons:

Il n'y a que 8 places de parking non réservables, premier arrivé, premier servi. Avec 30 chambres dans l'hotel pour seulement ces 8 places, vous avez toutes les chances de ne pas trouver de place.
Il vous faudra donc utiliser le parking public au pied de l'hotel (payant entre 8h et 18h, 2CHF par heure) si vous y trouvez des places car là aussi ce n'est pas gagné, le parking est très rapidement complet ! Et dans ce cas de figure, vous devrez vous garer sur un autre parking plus bas (mais aussi moins cher 1CHF par heure entre 8h et 18h)
