Super bien situé, l'hôtel est agréable avec une vue magnifique. Les places de parking sont peu nombreuses mais on a pu se garer malgré tout.
Petit déjeuner et restaurant sur place, plus deux restaurants dans Gruyère.
Les chambres ont un petit côté rétro très sympa.
L’emplacement à l’entrée du village est un plus et la vue sur le château depuis les chambres et la terrasse du petit déjeuner

The staff were lovely - in particular the breakfast staff were incredibly helpful and patient with guests. The location and views of the mountains and surrounding area are also magnificent.
We opted for the hotel as we wanted a bit of the chalet vibe rather than a super polished room, however the whole building felt a bit tired and run-down. They're clearly doing the best with what they have, everything is clean, the linens are nice but the room felt cramped for our family of 4 compared to the photos and felt overpriced for the state of the hotel.

Personnel très gentil et serviable. Emplacement idéal. Trés bonne table. Superbe étape à ne pas manquer.
Preciosas vistas, camas cómodas, ascensor, habitación muy amplia, personal de recepción muy amable, hotel muy bien ubicado junto al pueblo.
Anuncian parking gratis pero unos días antes de llegar me enviaron un correo advirtiendo de que sólo cuentan con ocho plazas de aparcamiento que, una vez allí, comprobamos que siempre estaban ocupadas por otros huéspedes por lo que tuve que pagar para aparcar el coche en el aparcamiento público que está al lado (sabiendo esto, habría reservado en otro alojamiento). Aparte, la habitación no era acogedora ni estaba bien cuidada, necesitaría labores de mantenimiento y limpieza (por ejemplo, el sofá estaba lleno de manchas, lo cual da mala impresión). Además fue una pena que nos tocara una habitación abuhardillada ya que limitaba mucho la vista a través de la ventana. En general me pareció caro para el estado de la habitación, esperaba más.
