- Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte aus meiner Sicht nicht
- Zimmer/ Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen
- reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet wäre vorhanden gewesen, jedoch wurde es nur spärlich bzw. nach Bitte wieder aufgefüllt
- benutzte Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, wirkte alles etwas unorganisiert

Pros:

The room we stayed in was perfect had great views of the valley and the back of Gruyeres Castle from the balcony. Below us you could see and hear the bells from the cows. The property is just outside the city walls so it was an easy walk to everything yet far enough to get away from the crowds. The staff were very welcoming. Would 100% stay here again.

Très bonne expérience. A renouveller!
Pros:

Accueil. Gentillesse et efficacité du personnel. Emplacement par rapport au village et au panorama. Bonne literie. Très bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Trop peu de parking. Mobilier/ boiseries de la chambre à rénover. Réfrigérateur non fonctionnel (il chauffait au lieu de refroidir). Pas de possibilité de prendre une consommation (bar ou salon ou terrasse), dommage.

Good but overrated
Pros:

Location is perfect, that partially justifies the price. All you can eat breakfast was also a highlight, it was handmade including local products

Cons:

The room didn’t seem to be properly clean, plus it was extremely humid and warm. The walls had some sign of damp due to it. Opening the windows will reduce the temperature but it will allow the sunlight to enter the room from very early in the morning. It was challenging to sleep under these circumstances

Great location. Needs refreshing badly!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Staffing was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Facilities sem not to have changed or improved in 27 yrs since our first of several stays. Furniture was tired looking and sparse.
Had requested valley view when I booked 4 months before, but that was not available.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub
