Amplasarea hotelului este aproape de atracțiile turistice ,mijloace de transport, bazar.
A fost căldura în camera , nu a fost nevoie sa ne invelim.
Curățenia cam lasă de dorit , era praf ,la baie nu era suport pt hârtia igienica ,o pusese pe capacul de la gunoi, la cada se vedea mucegaiul,mizeria cum s-a strâns de la apa..., prosoapele pe care îți pui picioarele era imbacsite ( la celelalte nici nu m-am uitat ca nu m-a interesat ) , micul dejun slab , nu erau fructe,suc , cafeaua era la cafetiera( la alte hoteluri iti fac cafea turceasca ) ,am stat 3 zile si în fiecare zi a fost cam aceeași mâncare..nu aveai prea multe de ales.. hotelul nu este de 4 stele, poate maxim 2 si plus ca pereții sunt foarte subțiri ( am avut niste vecini gălăgioși care au reușit sa ne tina treji pana la 2 noapte ..) , mobila mai este lipita si cu scotch..

This "hotel" is easily the worst hotel in Istanbul and also VERY dangerous to stay in.
Live electrical wires hanging out everywhere in the room, lights flicker and some don't even work and the room smells of old food some of which we found in the fridge on our arrival from a previous customer. Toilet seat broken amongst other things in the room.
Beds very uncomfortable and almost impossible to sleep on.
The room was freezing in the middle of the night and reception refused to turn the heaters even though we have a 10 year old daughter staying in the room.
Breakfast is pathetic and very minimal and nothing like the photos.
Staff not interested in the problems in the room or the entire hotel and to top it all off the hotel scammed us out of 40 euros for a taxi that was included in the stay even though I showed them proof from Booking.com.

Very dated hotel everything was falling apart. The bathroom was so small there was no space to sit on the toilet!

THe location of this hotel is excellent and the view from our room was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. However, the room was a little tired but everything else made up for this.

It was great stay.
Dont have basic refreshments such as kettle, tea and creamer. Instead we need to ask them everytime we need it. that make it burdensome between guest and staff.
The location is excellent, but it is the only advantage of this hotel.
The restaurant next door, Osman Gourmen, is worth a visit, good food, excellent service, good prices, for Istanbul where everything is overpriced. :)
It is a modest hotel, which is overrated with 4 stars, 25 years in operation, but it seems that the investments are still from then. The room doors are broken, they move from the wall, the TVs do not work, the refrigerators are more for decoration, I had hot water twice in 4 days, but only until 8 am. The breakfast is a joke and I am not a picky person, believe me. Parking is not 6 euros per hour, as it says on the website, but is negotiated from a minimum of 12 euros, that is if you are more naughty than the man at the public parking lot.
We were there for one day and everything was spot on.I don't write reviews but this was definitely lovely 😊 Thankyou to all the staff for being helpful.
