Pros:

Singurul lucru pozitiv pe care îl pot spune este despre angajații de la recepție, care au fost foarte amabili și cu adevărat minunați.

Din păcate, experiența noastră la acest hotel a fost foarte dezamăgitoare și, sincer, nu înțeleg cum poate fi considerat un hotel de 4 stele.
Camera avea pete pe pereți și pe cadrul patului, iar curățenia lăsa foarte mult de dorit. Balconul pentru care am plătit în plus era într-o stare deplorabilă și nu era deloc ceea ce te-ai aștepta de la un hotel de 4 stele.
Baia a fost și mai dezamăgitoare. Când am intrat, toaleta era murdară, hârtia igienică era deja folosită și, pe deasupra, suportul pentru hârtie era stricat, iar hârtia cădea din el. În general, baia era într-o stare foarte proastă.
Parcarea, pentru care am plătit separat, era plină de gropi și avea inclusiv bucăți de sticlă spartă pe jos. Acest lucru este absolut inacceptabil pentru o parcare cu plată a unui hotel de 4 stele. In opinia mea, acest hotel nu este în niciun caz unul de 4 stele. Pe baza experienței noastre, merită cel mult 2 stele. Calitatea și curățenia sunt mult sub nivelul la care te-ai aștepta pentru prețul plătit.
