What we expected for the price.
Entrance to the hotel is through a filthy corridor, then an unkept Garden area which is in need of repair and cleaning.
The reception stuff is rude as well as uniform in series in need of dry cleaning, the presentation does not be fit a four star hotel.
The room has got scuffs and scratches on every single wall, management should inspect the condition of the rooms on a more regular basis.
Unless this issues are addressed, I would not recommend anyone to stay there considering the rate that they charge for hotel which would not in my opinion be above two stars.
I travel extensively through the year and it would be one of the worst condition Hotels I’ve ever seen
The staff was very polite and helpful. We had a couple of unusual requests and they went out of their way to help us. They made us feel welcomed.

Great location, the rooms are bigger than your typical Parisian room
We enjoyed staying at this property and really liked our room and the staff. We had everything we needed with an extra bed for our daughter, and the kitchenette was wonderful. Nice to have an extra sink and the refrigerator. The exterior of the property before you walk into the main entrance needs a lot of cleaning and updating. It didn't look like anyone had made any effort to make it look nice for guests, but the interior was very nice.
Quiet comfortable room in a great neighborhood
Great location, friendly staff, clean. A bit noisy and lights in courtyard are very bright at night.
Lovely staff, well equipped room. Nice to have the option of specific housekeeping - we just wanted the bins emptied but didn't want to waste towels etc. Very quiet room too, even though it was on the ground floor. We had concerns about the basement nightclub a few floors below but you would never know it was there! Would definitely stay again. Location was fantastic.

Le Rayz Vendôme was a perfect location for walking around Paris. Easy access to everything we wanted to do. The 2nd Arr. is a fun, vibrant area. We loved our apartment. We felt welcomed every time we returned. Very comfortable.
Such a wonderful place and great staff who provided excellent services. Will be back and Aussie travellers definitely stay there.
Staff were exceptional with our early arrival and help to get around. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bedrooms and it also had a lounge downstairs with fold out couch. There was a lounge room and a kitchen water was provided
Balcony was beautiful to get a quiet moment
Property is ina. Great space to walk everywhere. Our party was 2 adults and 4 children (14,13,10,4) the stairs were sometimes challenging but we made it work. The bottom lounge was downstairs and did provide our eldest with some privacy we left our luggage down there to avoid carrying upstairs.
Very convenient location to dining, shopping, museums and landmarks. Friendly and responsive staff. Perfect for our stay.
