Abbiamo passato 4 notti in questo albergo, molto pulito, personale eccellente, molto ospitali. Si trova vicino ai principali centri da visitare. Parcheggio vicino. Molto sodisfatti.

Dans l’ensemble assez bien, personnel agréable.
En revanche petit déjeuner manque de variété.
Bien situé, proche des commodités.

Amazing , best property in Istanbul , staff are nice , rooms are clean. Everything you could wish for in service they provided us .THE BESTTT!!

The location was great, the hotel staff kind and professional and the room was comfortable. The only downside was that the internet signal in our room was weak - other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Die Unterkunft war zentral gelegen. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich die Kumpkani-Station, und etwa 200 Meter in Richtung Meer gibt es ein Fischrestaurant. Dort kann man sich frischen Fisch selbst aussuchen, der anschließend direkt gegrillt oder gebraten wird.
Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider täglich das Gleiche, aber das Essen war sauber und abwechslungsreich.

It was an okay hotel for budget travelers needing only to stay overnight. Staff were nice, speaks English well. Room was okay. It was noisy during the night, which I think is expected because of it's proximity to the restos and bars.

The room is smail,a draive-through street,a lot of traffic,noisy,even with the windows closed.Breakfasts are good,the staff is friendly,tries to help,we left a day caplier,the money was not retuerned,but breakfast was giren as a dry ration.

We booked a room for 3 people, and we stayed at this hotel for 4 nights (6 January-10 January). What should we mention first? The excellent hospitality? How well kept is the hotel? The location? The stuff? When we arrived late at night we were greeted and welcomed at the front office by one very polite and kind gentleman, Mr. Tufan and he provided us with extremely helpful information regarding our stay and what we might do in the city. Our room was 201 and the room itself was very clean, comfortable, soundproof with a double bed and a single bed. We would love it to be more spacious, because we found it quite small for 3 people, but that wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast was included in the price, and we must say that it was worth it! Every morning we were greeted by some lovely and hardworking ladies that made sure nothing was missing in the buffet. The buffet had a wide variety of options and everything was delicious and warm. We were so satisfied with our breakfast, that we never got to eat outside. The housekeeping staff made sure our room was tidy almost every single day, changed our sheets, restocked our amenities, and when there were clothes lying around our room, they folded the clothes for us. We really appreciated that. One night we were out of water bottles, and we called reception if we could have some, and they came to our room and gave us some with no extra charge. We are so thankful for that! Also, the hotel itself was very clean. The location was absolutely great. The grand bazaar was 5 minutes walking, there was a tram and a metro nearby, so it was easy for us to use those means of transport without having to take a taxi.
We had a late flight back to our country so when it was time for our check-out at 12 pm we asked to store our luggage in the storage room, and they also let us stay in the lobby area until it was time to go. Very hospitable of them. We would like to give a special thanks to the stuff, they were extremely helpful and nice, hardworking people who helped us with everything during our stay. And lastly we would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Tufan in the reception. He was very helpful with everything we needed, whether that was information or anything else to do with the hotel or the city. He was very kind and always greeted us with a smile! We would come back to the hotel? Definitely! Is 5 stars from us! Thank you for this great experience and hospitality.

Cleaning needs improving - lots of hair: Hair in bed, floor, toilet. Bed sheets had hair and stains on it. Towels with stains. (Asked for new towels and sheets and this was fine).
Check in was very quick.
WiFi poor - fortunately I bought an esim.
Breakfast staff were lovely. Breakfast is good and filling.
Great location - 8mins walk to a tram stop, 20-25min walk to the main attractions.
Great stay for a woman solo traveller.
A little noisy in the room (from street and other guests).
Overall I’d recommend for a budget stay.

Well located hotel. 10 min walk to inmer city.
To arrive by car at rush hour is terrible. The streets are very smal. Very noce hotel. Staff is very helpfull.

Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. They helped us to exchange money and provided useful transport information. Zeyna (lobby staff) and Bahar (house keeping) in particular were very friendly and made our stay that much better. We had the breakfast buffet for the 5 days we stayed, it was great! There was a wide selection of savoury and sweet options. Definitely tasty and filling. Me and my family enjoyed our stay at the Alphonse very much.
