Cons:

Odalar temizlendikten sonra dahi kirliydi, resepsiyon yok, çalışanlar İngilizce bilmiyor. Binanın dışında doğru düzgün bir tabelada yok. Eğer uçağınız erken iniş yaptığı için sabah erken saatte giderseniz, kapıda kalıyorsunuz. Ben duvara yapıştılmış olan kağıttaki telefon numarasını aradım. Karşımdaki kişi ile çat pat İngilizce ile zorla anlaştık, yaklaşık 40 dk bekledikten sonra biri gelip beni içeri aldı ve maalesef son derece kirli olan odama getirdi. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

A perfect choice for anyone looking for a central, charming and affordable stay in Barcelona.
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few steps from La Rambla, Plaça de Catalunya and the L3 metro line, making it very easy to get around the city and visit all the main attractions.

After reading some reviews before arriving, I was a little concerned, but honestly I cannot understand why some people are so negative. The property is not run-down at all as some reviews suggest. On the contrary, it has a charming vintage atmosphere, tastefully decorated with artwork inspired by Picasso and Gaudí, which gives it a unique character.

One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff, who were always kind and helpful. A special thank you to Hilario for his exceptional friendliness and professionalism.

I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Barcelona in the future. Highly recommended!

L'hôtel est bien situé.

Cons:

Saleté incroyable, murs sales, sol sale salle de bain avec traces d'urine, moisissures omniprésentes, pas de table de nuit dans une chambre et une cassée et sale dans l'autre chambre, sorties de clim couvertes de moisi et poussière . Travaux de démolition en cours d'en l'immeuble avec marteaux . Personnel absent la plupart du temps et ne parlant qu'espagnol. Honteux.
Rien pour accrocher sa serviette dedans ou dehors de la salle de bain ! Fils électriques à moins d un mètre du point d'eau enroulés de chatterton. Luminaires cassés et non fonctionnels. Rien ne va. Le hall était la seule partie propre. Pommeau de douche cassé et qui donc ne permet pas de bien se laver. Le personnel harcèle pour connaître l heure de départ et d arrivée et ne répond bien sûr pas quand on signale des soucis.

Pros:

Person who gave us keys is very polite and helpfull. Location is very good in the center of Gothic quarter.

Cons:

This can not be named as a hotel. This is an apartment divided into small rooms. There is no reception, basically nothing that hotel has.
It was so noisy you could hear every single word and step from the neighbours, walls are extremely thin.
Toilet is not usable. When you take a shower all of the water leaks out of the shower enclosure, it needs renovation. Not so clean at all. Towels were not clean. There were hair on the towels and on the floor.
There are sliding door for the toilet so you basically can not fully close the doors of the toilet, which is not conditional in such a small room, and the doors are so heavy to slide every time you have to struggle.
There is only one small window looking at nearest wall it looks like room is on the basement, no sunlight at all, it is always dark. It is a bit cheaper then the other hotels in this area, but it is not worth it.

Pros:

GREAT location, and it was cheap, especially for the location. It was adequate if all you want is a place to sleep.

Cons:

The room was VERY small - nowhere to sit other than on the bed. (A common lounge/sitting room would have been a BIG advantage.) Shower head needed to be replaced. 2 of the 3 flouro lights on the bedhead didn't work.

Suihkutila oli kosteusvaurioinen, suihkuvesi aina kylmää ja ilmastointi jäätävä (säätäminen ei auttanut). Perjantai-lauantai välisen yön muiden vieraiden (?) äänet kantautuivat läpi yön huoneeseen ja tuskin sain nukutuksi.
